Have zero trust in Origin. Have only just realised you changed us to a higher cost plan when our last one ran out. You actually penalise existing ‘loyal’ customers who miss an email from you saying a plan is finishing. Sham. And you wonder why companies in the electricity sector get a bad name. Why are we still with Origin? Competitors are just as bad. How does it feel to be working for a company (and industry) with such a dismal culture. Sad that what is needed is even more regulation. Gives capitalism a bad name when your strategy to maximise shareholder return is to trick customers. You could do so much more to inform your customers about cheaper available plans.
I am so sorry.ewhat disappointed. I am certain when speaking with the representative, I was asking them about upcoming rate changes to which he passed this on. I made an informed choice based on those numbers. Tur s out they were completely wrong. Now after changing, I find out I would have been better where is started from. So disappointed and dissatisfied with this outcome. Now I have to undo everything.
Luke was very helpful explaining 2 different plans for me to understand & giving me info on Solar Panels,
Martin was extremely helpful and patient with us. He answered all our queries and offered us a very good deal. He took all our details and signed us up in a few minutes. This was followed by several email which informed us about all that we needed to know

Are they Gaslighting me?? For the past 4 years I am on "Origin Go Variable", the plan that suits my consumption. But now they want to put me straight onto the most expensive plan and don't acknowledge that I am on the above-mentioned plan. How shifty is that! And then they say, you can change your plan at any time, but don't mention that you can't change the retailer.
Origin offered me a deal to come back to them then didn’t honour it they told me after my last review to contact them so they could look into it further for me but the email address they gave to reply doesn’t exist so how do I reach out as you asked me too. This is a perfect example of how they treat their customers now I’ve had to reach out this way as it’s all I can do after 4 hours on the phone with no one wanting to help or resolve this in any way at all. I’m speechless. Jax Black again this email address is not found so how can I email you as you say too how about giving me the real email address so I can contact you as you wish me too. ???
