The lady I spoke to on the phone was very obliging & helpful, she attended to my request quickly & efficiently

The response time was very good. No waiting with the email system, was answered within a few hours of contacting the team. Sammy was the contact that obviously was allocated to my problem. Always responded well and quickly and gave me all the details that I needed to know at the time.

Customer support was listening n helpful that is what is why stay with origin

It took longer than expected, but the young lady was very pleasant and polite.

The rate on my set up account was much higher than what I compared with. I did not see any indication of the July rates and how much higher they were than what was presented

The telephone consultant Caaya was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, informative and answered all my queries re a suitable electricity plan.

I had the best customer service from Aron today. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and absolutely lovely to talk to. He went above and beyond trying to help me when he did not have to. He is an extremely lovely man who is an absolute asset to the company. I truly hope the company realises they have an absolute treasure working for them.

Online pricing was outdated and reflected past charge rates. It was only after accepting the offer that the correct charges was issued via email. I am now in the process of cancelling the new plan and returning to AGL as they will be atleast $50 cheaper per quarter
