The lass I was dealing with very helpful,explaining how the new plan works,very polite and supportive.

The guy was amazing nothing was an issue for him he changed me to a cheaper gas plan helped me set up a payment plan and centrepay to cover current and future bills and looked into and helped me apply for the 650 grant to get back on track. Never have I had such a great experience with any company as good as this one. I cant thank him enough as its been a huge weight worrying that l was overdue by 1 day today on the gas bill for the first time Thank you again
I am on a pension and was short a small amount of money to pay the account. The daily harassment was ridiculous. I owed them $50 and they called me five days a week and sent texts and emails continuously. They threatened me with collection agencies if I didn’t pay. I left after the first month. The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Save yourself a world of headaches and avoid them at all costs.

Geraldine was very nice. Polite and friendly and spent time finding the best plan for me. Definitely contact Origin energy to get a quote and if you are an existing customer, contact them to see if they can do a better plan. To top it off, the music on the main line hold was good to listen to as I put phone on speaker to do other things while waiting to connect. Took about 15 mins but was worth it.
They responded to my query immediately & processed my refund immediately.
The customer service person lied to me and when I questioned them, they said I must have been confused which I clearly was not, eventually after way too much emailing it was just glossed over and they didn’t honour what they should have.

I had a credit on one account and wished to transfer available funds from one to another. I was able to accomplish this quite easily with the directions provided by the Origin rep
