The lass I was dealing with very helpful,explaining how the new plan works,very polite and supportive.
Jason. Was the gentleman who looked after me. He treated me with respect, sorted out my issue and got me on a better plan. He also explained to me how I could check the amount of electricity being used per hour, per appliance. The whole experience was helpful and enjoyable. Misleading Billing Estimates and False Claims Be Cautious! I submitted a self-meter reading to Origin after noticing their estimated bill seemed too high. To my shock, they claimed my actual reading was higher than their estimate trying to convince me I'd be charged more if I updated it. In reality, my reading was 439 kWh LOWER than their inflated estimate. This is either a serious error or a blatant attempt to overcharge unsuspecting customers. Had I not checked my meter and questioned it, I would’ve overpaid by a significant amount. What’s worse is the unnecessary stress caused by their misleading communication. They make it sound like they’re doing you a favour when in fact, they’re quietly pocketing extra dollars from customers who don’t verify their usage. If you're with Origin, check your meter and every bill carefully. This experience has completely eroded my trust in them.

Since I joined origin they give me $100 credit now I want to use they tried to avoid me I tried email so many whenever I get back email only they are still checking please don’t waste money here.
Even though Naz used email to respond to my query, my issue was resolved within a very short time. My payment plan for a closed account was set up effortlessly.
They were responsive and got back in regards to my issue straight away and was able to satisfy my request
