The whole process is a joke. When ordering online nowhere it stated that delays are expected - not until the order was placed. This should've been communicated before the order is placed as customers are under the impression the product will be delivered within 24 hours as requested. Also pictures requested after placing an order - again this should be a part of the rpocess as again unnecessary step added to the whole process again. Can't even cancel the order as no option to cancel it. AVOID AT ALL COST AND GO TO BOOTS INSTEAD. Much more reliable service with all the info given to you upfront. Will never use this again.

superdrug offer a range of treatments and ask a few questions online. i paid Β£55 to them only to be told a week later that they couldn't prescribe the medication and id be getting a refund in due course. Its like im lending money to superdrug for a week at 0% interest.

Incredibly uneducated & dismissive on peri/menopausal treatments and the symptoms. I was denied a topical cream as it was "unsafe" then given a link to "natural, lifestyle changes" to combat the menopause which was instead an NHS link to the exact localised cream. The Doctor had not read the link they sent to me nor understood what the cream they sold did. The NHS, my GP & NICE guidelines state the opposite. They did not want to discuss my symptoms and never replied to my messages. Acted more like an automated bot than a Dr. I made a complaint that highlighted my concerns about the lack of knowledge on their own products and never got a reply. I've since gone somewhere else. Big warning to others who want to use their peri/menopause services. They don't appear to know the different forms of HRT and would rather you resort to "natural methods".

A very straight forward service to use . The online doctor asks relevant questions, your symptoms are quickly assessed,and the medication required arrives soon after. Iβm very happy with service.
