Awful experience! Last night we ordered food in Newbury with one delivery from the Lebanese House restaurant. Order made at 7.30 pm and at 21:15 still no food! The one delivery area managers never replied to the various phone call I made and turned off the phone eventually. So at 21:40 I phoned the restaurant who confirmed that they no longer operate with one delivery, despite being advertised on the app. I was charged £70 and so far no one has been in touch or responded to my emails and no refund being issued. We have had a couple of bad experience with one delivery in Newbury before but this was certainly the worst and will never use it again! Still trying to get my money back!
Shocking experience. Two hours ago we ordered Indian food from Indigo in Newbury. The first driver had a puncture. The second driver had a flat tyre. Two hours in and we still do not have any food. Shocking service
Glad to say that we personally had very positive experience. Our delivery was from Jay who covers part of Coventry and part of Warwickshire. Food arrived piping hot, all correct and 3 minutes EARLIER than expected! Local takeaways are always late. Jay was polite, cheerful and respectful. Wearing correct ppe and socially distancing. We will definitely use again and sorry to see that not all of you are lucky enough to have Jay cover the area where you live!
Wish I could give 0 stars, wish I looked on here first. Ordered on Tuesday to be told an hour later they wouldn’t be sending my order. Rearranged for Thursday at 6, messaged them at 6:20 to ask if they had forgotten us. They had, and told us we would get our delivery by 7:30. At 9 we finally get a straight answer telling us our order isn’t coming. Apparently I should have a refund by the morning but judging from other reviews on here I shouldn’t get my hopes up. Just an update, as expected no refund in sight. What an absolute joke of a company. Avoid avoid avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would! Disgusting company! Ordered a subway from here and was told it would be with me within the hour. An hour and half past and I'm still waiting. I ring up and I'm told they are leaving in 10 mins. 3 hours later and I'm still waiting. I have called the company back many times during this period just to get hung up on, shouted at and ignored. Eventually my food did arrive. I ordered a veggie dulux only to get a baguette with a slice of melted cheese in between! Over a tenner they charged me for this! I had a cookie missing and the wrong drink. I rang back up and was told I could a 30% discount next time I ordered. I refused to take it as I would never order from there again. I asked for my money back or new food and they hung on me multiple times. They stopped answering their phone calls and this issue never got resolved!
Can't believe this company is still in business, they still owe me £34.64 from Nov 2017. Bunch of crooks. So, emailed them as per their reply, heard nothing back, so seems they are still pretending to care, but are still a bunch of crooks. :(

Recently started a franchise and I have to say has been one of the best choices I have made, the support from management and all the team is incredible, the technology that is used to run everything all works seamlessly & is very easy to manage drivers and deliveries, if you are thinking about taking on a franchise I would definitely recommend 100% One Delivery Banbridge

I’m a franchise owner and truly this has changed my life. I used to work delivering food for dominos etc now I work for myself For bad reviews about owning a franchise it’s very hard work if your not willing to put in the effort this is not for you. If you do put in the effort the rewards are amazing I’ve paid of my morgage this year 15 years early thanks to my franchise. For customers not Getting a refund please use contact for on website I guarantee it will be sorted immediately. I know this is something the tech team have recently been upgrading to make more streamlined. Thanks
I tried to make an order and was told that it had failed on the system, which was fine! Then checked my bank account and the money had been taken! Tried to call the Newbury number 9 times and no answer! So have paid for a meal I have not recieved!! Have tried to look for but cannot find a complaints page and annoyed that I have lost £18.83 for something I didn’t get!
Order was wrong, called to speak to someone and was told firstly that he could not find my order, gave him my order number and he then went on to say the driver is waiting for your order to be finished, then he will be with to which I replied that’s funny because my order is here already and if he had actually listened to me in the first place he would of known this, because I was calling to say my order was wrong! Was told I would get a call back, which never happened and I had to call them back! Asked for a refund and he said could we knock it off your next order. I replied saying ‘I will not be using your service again’ and he just kept saying can we give it you back on your next order! When I asked to speak to a manager he hesitated, to which I asked again this happened around 3/4 time’s, until he then said to me my manger is not here! What an absolute joke this company is.. I will definitely not be using them again at all.. I suggest other people do the same!!
