One Delivery

Never got my order right I rang up the company which they refused to change it not happy with the service I have received

Ashford, Kent. Ordered from McD using OD and completely wrong food turned up and all they could do was offer me a partial (£5.00) refund and 10% off my next order. Why do their drivers not check the food before leaving the restaurant? If you're going to charge a premium, at least make sure your customer at least gets the right food. Saw their reviews on Facebook and was in two minds whether to order or not. For anybody else out there, don't! The only way to contact them was via Facebook messenger and although they responded quickly, it was very robotic and looked as if they had lined u a list of generic responses ready for when something went wrong. That'll teach me for being lazy.

Absolutely worst service you could possibly ask for! Ordered a few times hoping that each time will be better but it gets worse! They forget pieces of the order, they never get what I order correct, when phoning the so called manager of my area half the time he doesn't pick up and when he does he literally talks nonsense in your ear to get of the phone. My brother has literally been waiting 3 days for his order which he paid by card and can't get a hold of any of them to find out what's going on. Every time I've ordered I have to wait 2 hours minimum for the wasters to arrive. Horrible! Pack of wasters.

Warm food delivered to the door on time, what more could you ask for

Have ordered twice now and the second time is even worse than the first time! First time didn't display the order correctly and was wrongly placed...gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again tonight. Order was placed at 7pm, it is now 9.10pm and still no food. Website displays 45mimute delivery time. Phoned to find out what was going on and they said they didn't receive the order until 7.30...still well over 45mimuyes ago! Oh and the first time I ordered the food was stone cold so let's hope this is at least warm! I think next time I'll not be so lazy and go get something myself, just thought it was a great idea for a service but obviously doesn't work! Angry customer!

Got all excited about not going down the town and only paying £3.95 delivery charge, too good to be true, you bet it is. On each individual item you order there is an increase in price ranging from around 25 to almost 50%. Now a family of 5 ordering from Mcdonald's with a meal each and a few extras would have to pay an extra £10 on top of the delivery charge. Are business supposed to be transparent these day about how much extra we have to pay for additional services, not on their web site they don't.

Waited nearly two hours... No food. Got told delivery driver is in Keighley massive joke!!

Order came on time and was correct, will definately be using the service again. It's genius!

I used them a lot but not anymore, a few times order wrong, no way the amount of fries is a large portion! When I complained on FB they blocked me from commenting!!! Slap find them early twice the price as the restaurant, if delivering from the restaurant then fair enough understand like majority of takeaways they charge delivery but shouldn't up the price of the food.

I've made an order and cancelled it 2 hours, before it was suppose to deliver, and they kept my money.
