One Delivery

I ordered food from this place for the total sum of £33.30 from their Washington franchise. I received a phone call almost instantly saying "We've just rang Champs and they've ran out of dinners, do you want a refund?" Well of course I do if none was available. That was a week ago and still had no reply to my many messages. None of their emails work and kept being returned with 'delivery failed' this is from multiple email addresses. No response on their Facebook pages either. I have tried their page along with the main One-Delivery page and still had no response. My bank confirmed they've claimed my money and have yet to return it. If you've any problems there's no one to contact! I am now going to do a charge back with my bank if they don't contact within the next 24 hours. I will also be reporting to trading standards. Simply shocking service! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

I have used One Delivery Nottingham for over a year now sometimes its been longer than stated at peek times the tracking system over the mobile app is excellent you can see the delivery driver from collecting your food to dropping it off also they deliver in cars and motorbikes NOT pushbiikes like Deliveroo

It was great service - I give them 4 stars as the tracking and confirmation on the order didn't update so had to call in for delivery ETA. Otherwise everything was great and the gent on the phone was lovely. Would recommend in Cardiff.

NOTTINGHAM - Do not use this company. We waited over an hour before calling them. They said the driver had been held up by the restaurant and was now on his way to us. 20 mins later we called back, eventually we found out the driver had not even got o the resultant yet. They were very rude to us on the phone, lied about the progress of the order. We ended up cancelling the order when we realised we could have walked there and back quicker.

Thank you for being so helpful I'm old and disabled and the Manager Zayn always makes sure my food is delivered to a high standard with free drinks and free Krispy Kreme Donuts on each order lovely guy Thank you and keep the excellent service up!

Norwich - McDonalds Delivery fee of £3.95 Order arrived in 58 minutes Food was cold and tasteless (McDonald's fault, not One Delivery) Person delivering was polite Order rejected twice automatically before being accepted Tracking did not work on my phone For £3.95 I would expect delivery in under 40 minutes and the card fee to be included. Fees came to £4.50 compared to Deliveroo. I will probably not use One Delivery again. Deliveroo is pretty much flawless, with fast delivery, reasonable food prices, instant support & low delivery cost. £20 order from McDonalds, Norwich.

has to be the worst delivery service i have ever experienced. Over 2 hours it took to arrive, food was stone cold (hardly edible). Half of the food missing atleast £13 pound worth of food that was. When approached by the manager, he was half bothered about the fact we had missing items. No apology and he said 'give me 30 minutes to sort it out' it took over 1 hour and a half for the manager to except they were in the wrong. This even after me sending photos in which they asked for of the food i had received, i finally was told i will get a refund. Dont order to my area and then tell me 'you do live quite far for me to deliver too'. Overpriced, Cold food, scandalous.

Really excited to use this service however we were really dissaponted. After a 2 and a half wait for the delivery and about 5 calls to find our house (which is a standard address) the food was cold and a pizza was missing. Haven't had much luck with a response from one delivery either. Stick to the takeaways you know.

Have been using One Delivery for months but NOW they've finally launched the App...much easier to use. I don't mind paying a bit more on the prices compared to some of the other reviews I've read on here. The service we receive is always top notch, food delivered fast and hot!!!

I ordered a KFC for me and my wife on a rainy Saturday night prices were a tiny bit more then usual however I got KFC delivered to the comfort of my home, food came in a electronically heated bag and was very warm, the delivery driver was very friendly and had a professional uniform on. Overall I was very happy with my service and would definitely recommend this service to anyone else.

I ordered McDonald's from this place and it said it would be 30 minutes and 3 hours later I hear back from the driver. In this time I had tried phoning the number on the email confirmation and after over 15 calls, I kept getting voicemail. After speaking with the driver when the food arrived it turns out the manager is on holiday. I ate my burgers very very bitter indeed. It would of been quicker to crawl to McDonald's to get my food. Very poor customer service, in future, just don't bother

I ordered KFC. The driver was friendly. The order was correct. The food (aside from fries) was hot. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was that they were 20 minutes late. Will be using again. :)

Ordered food. Had a lovely helpful lady call to confirm address. Food arrived within half and hour. Happy days! Keep up the good work guys 😆

I ordered from McDonald's with one delivery at 8.39 pm and is wanted it asap and it came at 22.06 I wouldn't call that asap would you so I won't be ordering from these again. VERY DISAPPOINTED won't order from these again. JUST EAT IS BETTER AND DELIVROO IS BETTER ASWELL DON'T FROM FROM THESE IF U R FROM GATESHEAD

Ordered some food and waited over an hour until one idiot called Paul called to say he thought it was a pre-order....and then refused to deliver the food or refund me my money....STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Bad service, excuses, rude driver and NO FOOD!!! Our first experience of this shabby outfit will be our last- NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU'RE IN SOUTH LONDON!!!

Norwich Everytime I have ordered from here there's been food missing. When I called them up to ask about it the woman on this occasion was extremely rude. Previously,however, the manager has been friendly and helpful, sadly for them it is too little too late. I thought it was a one off. Will never order from there again. I'll stick to deliveroo

apart from one time, which was a very busy time for traffic & food etc, OD have delivered my orders quickly & correct :) the drivers are very friendly & were more than happy to reimburse me when mc ds didn't have any milkshake .. for people who say: why don't they check order before delivery - they're not allowed to (health & safety) lol ... thank you one delivery cz i used to have to get a cab which was expensive & aggravating so i was ecstatic upon discovering one delivery on fb!! :D
