One Delivery

I used to work for a major franchise and we started noticing the same guy coming in about 20 times a day ordering different things. Then we started getting calls from irate customers saying their order hadn't been delivered - when we didn't even offer delivery. Eventually we found out he worked for one-delivery and would travel around buying orders from the restaurant and delivering them to customers. Looked online and found One Delivery were effectively making out we were the store offering the delivery service similar to just eat. They were charging huge markups on our prices, using our name and store photos without permission. We were all for custom but because we weren't transporting the products to the customer there was no way we could guarantee the same quality especially as hot products were not transported in thermal bags. They are not the official restaurant and shouldn't be offering these services. The guy collecting and buying the food from us even had the cheek to collect loyalty points and use them to pay for purchases when the points rightfully belong to the customers! There is still an ongoing legal battle with them about this.

Utter scammers half the restaurants haven't given permission for them to deliver for them and the price hike is extortionate along with a huge delivery charge! Trading standards?? 😡 Not to mention delivering booze without a licence... bet no id is checked either! And when questioned on fb blocked and comment removed!

Amazing delivery service, I order from here 2-3 times a week for me and my partner, I must say the food arrives hot, and the delivery time is very quick too !! The driver is always friendly and well mannered Thank you one-delivery

Ordered loads of times, was ok until large meals were the size of medium, medium size of small & small was like a happy meal!!! Very expensive for what you get & when I complained on facebook they took away the option of me commenting!!! Never again

I've had no issues with One Delivery, Nottingham. Great service from the guys! I use regularly and will continue to do so! Hoping there will be a wider choice of restaurants in the near future :)

Had two orders - one took 1h 20min and the other 2h and had to call them to shake them up a bit earlier before that 2h mark. The 2h driver did quite sincerely apologize for the delay. But such slow service for 3.95£ cannot be acceptable. The company has few drivers in a very large area, as well as area managers that go straight into voicemail. That can give you a hint of what the service is going to be like. I'd call it sh*te. But they get the job done. AREA GU

I have used this company a lot and have had them forget items and never mention them again, paid online for them too! The prices have gone up since opening too 2 meals costs nearly 20 pounds! Its a joke and to top it off they take the option to pay by card away so they can dodge the tax man and pocket the lot! Thought this place was great the first few times i ordered but since then tney just forget loads of stuff or dont give you straws for your drinks ect! Sort it out this could be a brilliant buisness with the correct prices and ALL items being delivered your taking the mick out of good customers here its not on!

Used service in south London. Easy to use website, good tracking of progress, food arrived withing predicted window. Would use again.

Can't fault the service and the delivery drivers are always polite and have got our order correct both times we ordered. My grumble are the prices they charge for McDonald's. They charge a £2.99 delivery charge which is acceptable but for example I was charged £18 from one delivery and the receipt for McDonald's was left in the bag upon delivery. The order in McDonald's was £9 so big markup with one delivery

Took the order and took the money. Order never arrived and they dont answer to mails requesting refund. Complete scammers. This company needs to be shut down.

Took over TWO hours for food to arrive - took so long the restraunt had run out of something we'do ordered. Difficult to contact - did not respond to phone and email. First time using this service and will definately be the last. Ordered from the Walsall franchise.

Took an hour and 20 minutes but they did apologize and the food wasn't cold.

We ordered food in Bedford from one delivery. 4 x Mcdonalds breakfast meals. On delivery we found one meal missing and immediately contacted One delivery Bedford. They told us to leave the meals and they would collect. Some of the meals had been started so we rewrapped the meals and when the driver returened gave him the meals. The driver admitted his mistake and showed us his receipt which showed a missing meal. He returned our money and apologised.... no issue, until we ordered again to be told we are black listed. Very rude and agressive on the phone to my wife especially when it was pointed out that his company had made the mistake not us but we were willing to use them as we have had no previous issues... he hung up. Do not use them

I was really excited a company like this now operated in my home area of Sutton, Surrey. A company that delivers KFC, Burger King etc that aren't usually delivered. Then I used them and believe me, will never be using them again. They messed up the order and after calling the only number I had to get hold of someone, was told that the driver had a lot of deliveries and may have got it wrong but would be unable to go back and get my missed item. No good to me when you are expecting your dinner and get nothing. They said they would come by the next day to do my refund. I had to chase them up constantly through out the day to get my money back and kept getting fobbed off with the driver is in the area and will be with you after his rounds. It eventually took 8 hours to get the money and even that was short changed as the driver was told that the amount was all he was told to give back. Please do not use them. Judging by the other comments on here, they're like this all over the country.

Do not accept the level of service this operation provides, after a 4 hours wait some cold and expensive food was thrust into my hands at the front door. Lied to on the phone, and called a liar when I complained. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE CROOKS

Absolutely shocking, freezing cold food with items missing. Almost two weeks later and still waiting for a refund. Basically called a liar! Would never ever use again. Complete waste of £20!

Order food on Friday 28th October at 5.38pm arrived 7.30pm, spoke to Manager, and said heavy traffic, i had been out and roads are clear. Live in woodthorpe, but food came from Bulwell, when I asked him why, he got defensive and said he would not discuss his drivers routes. Totally unacceptable, why to kFC use them, there must be a ber delivery service available, and the price they charge for delivery is ridiculous. No customer service at all!!!

Bump up menu prices to ridiculous prices, already making your money on the ridiculous 3.95 delivery fee no need to bump up prices on the menu when customers know the price of that particular item from wherever they're ordering. came cold and forgot my dips which were the whole point of the meal. Terrible. Will never be ordering from here again.

Long slow delivery, pricey fees, bumped up menu prices too. No relationship with the restaurants they're delivering from. No acknowledgement, poor contact. We'd given up and nearly ordered elsewhere after the restaurant told us they didn't know about our order.
