After a long day at work I chose to place an order online and save cooking. It's the first time we had used the company and we were initially impressed with the choice they had compared to other delivery companies. After deciding on cafe rouge, I placed our order and got a confirmation for 8.15. 45 minutes later we got a call to say they were closed and weren't receiving any food orders. Strange as our friends were sat in the restaurant ordering food? Understandably problems occur but 45 minutes is a long time to wait until contact. Definatly won't be ordering from them again.

Fairly slow delivery time, and the food was quite cold when it came. Also, I'm currently suffering from a terrible case of food poisoning since Tuesday, with constant stomach pain and diarrhea to help remind me of the food. Although most of the blame can be on poor preparation and cooking by the KFC that made the food, the food should have been hotter when it came so there would be less risk of food poisoning. Driver himself was fine but I am just really unhappy with everything else.

I was happy when I saw there was somewhere that would pick me up a Burger King meal and deliver it. The website did not open at the time it said it would. The delivery took over 1 hour. To be fair the driver did apologise for the delay. Off he went but alas when we opened the delivery I did not get what I ordered. I paid additional for cheese on the burger but it was not there and we ordered some sides but the wring sides were included. I have been on the website and been told to contact the local area manager (oliver at one-delivery.co.uk) but no answers to my email. I have chased again this evening. Looking at the trustpilot reviews however I am thinking I will probably be ignored. I would not recommend at this time and will not be using this service again!

My order was two hours late and when it arrived the side order was wrong

It took an hour and a half for the food to get here and wen it did there was only one of three meals in the bags! Luckily the lady delivering the food called me wen trying to find the house which meant I had her number, so I called her and got her to come back, I then told her the problem and after lots of talking I managed to get her to go back to KFC and get the rest of our food which then took a further hour and a half. :( wish I'd of just used JUSTEAT there far more reliable

Over an hour before we even got a confirmation email. Unable to track order without the confirmation. Hour and 25 minutes later it finally arrives and not to the standard we were expecting. Food had obviously been sitting the other end for a long time. Won't be using again. Tracking system doesn't work as eta said 0 minutes and was still waiting 10 minutes later.

Put an order for Wagamama food it arrived exactly two hours later and cold will not use this website again.
