Ordered from one delivery tonight, (worcester), our KFC arrived really fast, about 30 minutes after I placed my order on the new app , very happy and will order again, 😊

Absolutely horrendous from the moment I pressed the order button! Couldn't organize a sit down in a sofa factory! They not only charge ridiculous fees for delivery but they add AT LEAST £1 to the "in store" cost of the dishes you're ordering (cross check your menus online and see if yourself!) so they are making a huge markup off their customers. They will happily take your money and not delivery what you ordered, and good luck trying to get a refund once they've made off with your cash. The infrastructure of the organization is appalling, there's no way to make a complaint or contact the management and if you do speak to someone in authority they will lie and disregard everything you say. They fail at the most basic of customer care and do not care a damn if you threaten to take action against them because the guy who owns the company itself is more or less a ghost. Seems like the whole concept was created by a chancer and is run like it too. Pretty sure the majority of the positive reviews here are just people who work for a franchise trying to get the company a better reputation. It's shoddily run, and that's a real shame because the service they offer on paper is great but its execution would be better handled by toddlers!
Ordered a burger king through one delivery - never done it before and thought we would try it out. Never again! Waited 2 & half hours for the food, when it arrived it was stone cold and half the order was missing. It would have been easier for me to put my shoes and coat on and gone myself and I wouldn't have had to pay £4 delivery.
This firm of con people took my money via debit card, then in 5 mins it says I have no open orders. The mobile number provided was disconnected and no replies from any other means ie facebook / twitter in an hour. reported to bank for refund but save your money and don't trust this unprofessional bunch of cons.
food came after an hour, delivery driver was nice but I do recommend they use thermal bags to keep food hot as it was cold. Love the idea and having McDonald's delivered but is expensive for what you get.i would expect hot food and quick delivery.
Very good food always hot and on time never had any trouble would recommend for others to use I will even go as far as saying its better than deliveroo

Never known a company where the franchise falls down at the first hurdle. The Sutton in Surrey franchise are never open and furthermore never respond to emails or private messages on their Facebook page. Please sell to another responsible owner that might have the decency to run a business as intended. Pointless having a business model that cannot deliver on the fundamentals, i.e stays open, delivers food and responds to customers. Hopefully a better company comes along which will try and execute its strategy. Until then the poor reviews will keep flooding in.
Ordered from Preston, after an hour still nothing. Rung up after 75 minutes, told couldn't find th address and we left the wrong number. Checked our confirmation email and, it was correct address and number. They stated the driver couldn't find the address (very popular street). Be another 30-45 minutes. Rediculous. No apology, refund is 5-7 days.
We had heard bad reviews on timing issues and was a little wary on ordering but it couldn't of been any less perfect! We ordered my food and within 30 minutes it was at my door from KFC. The krushem machine wasn't working unfortunately and he called us to make us aware of this and gave us a refund for the krushem. The food was piping hot and the driver was polite and made a little conversation. Everything I ordered was intact and perfect. Would rate this to everyone!!!
ordered mcdonald's tonight through the enfield site, had already paid by card when i saw the reviews on here and was expecting a load of hassle. But everything was perfect, food was hot and on time , order perfect. It must vary from area to area, but for anyone in enfield, i'd recommend.

Ordered food at 4 still waiting at 7 the company needs to sort out communication and get new manage ...phone turned off. Still waiting for reply feom company. cant cancel food so looks like we will be ordering from just eat its easier. Never use one delivery in wolverhampton
Food arrived after a three and a bit hour wait, no contact or apology. Was missing items when delivered too and I have not been refunded for them weeks later after being lied to that I would get a refund and a voucher. There's no way to contact anyone in management of this company, or the branch managers close rank and prevent complaints getting through. They delete bad reviews on Facebook too. It's shoddily run and over inflates it's price AND charges an extortionate amount of money for delivery on top. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Also, lots of fake reviews popping up on the site ever since I mentioned the fact they had such a poor rating on pages like this back in January. Frankly don't know how they are allowed to operate with such horrendous business practices.
Price's inflated gastronomically which may no seem apparent to start with, then a large delivery charge, missing food which does not get rectified so respectively paying over the odds for NO FOOD! Rude incompetent drivers and freezing cold! Was told 45 mins took 1hr 45 mins, hardly a half term treat that it was meant to be, then no response when trying to call to sort!!! Worst possible delivery service ever! BEWARE! I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!
first time food arrived late and cold, second time food arrived late and cold, third time, well actually there will never be a third time. They also artificially inflate prices, something that costs £4 in McDonald's restaurant they will charge you £5.50 add on the delivery charge as well and food for 5 people cost an additional £15 over what it would of cost to go there myself absolute rip off
Use them twice a week at work and get my mcdonalds and kfc delivered on the scheduled time given. Saves time of going out and ordering and get to use my full 1 hour break. Brilliant service hats off to these guys
Ordered my fast food take away dinner for the first time through One Delivery in Blackpool last week. I was so impressed I have used them a couple of times since for breakfast and lunch! I can't believe how fast it arrives and all still hot even though we live quite a drive away from the restaurants. Love the tracking, my kids enjoy seeing the food coming on it's way! A convenient and professional service. Will definitely use again and again and recommend to my friends.
So they charge you twice by artificially increasing the food prices and a delivery charge. Example 20 nuggets in store are 4.29, on the app 5.39. A cost hidden to customers not clued up on prices.
