One Delivery

They came 1 hour later then the time they said. They delayed my order twice and when it eventually arrived I ordered a £18 Wicked bucket (whatever it's called) and a Krushem but I got Two classic burgers and fries.. so I called the manager up and he was useless and told me to ring the driver to which I did and he said he mixed the orders up. After being 1:30hr late he arrived right but without any sauces I specifically asked for. It comes late, and you don't get everything you ordered so much easier to walk and get yourself. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I use this company on a regular basis and have always been pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the drivers and the quickness of the delivery. Would highly recommend .

First order waited over two hours for delivery, second order fine, third order missing item and no refund, i was promised a refund but 3 days later still nothing, wont be using again, shame

Ordered a McDonald's in newcastle Wrong milkshake, food not even warm its freezing. Had to chuck half of it away for the price you think they would invest in the heat bags like takeaways and deliveroo. The driver also decided to play with his phone for couple mins before even getting out and giving me food.

Absolutely awful. Food was cold expensive and dreadful. Never ever use this service again. So awful beyond words! ! Two hours for burger and a filet chicken piece. Unreal. Need a refund!!!

I will never use one delivery again. They're delivery service is absolutely terrible. Waited over 2 hours for food to turn up and when it did Food was freezing, they didn't fetch all that was ordered and drinks were really flat. Rip off!!

Ordered kfc food. Paid by card. Got a phone call saying they had to cancel the order. They said they could refund me or get the same meal the next day. The next day the food never turned up. They then said they'd refunded me but after 2 weeks still haven't got refund. Tried calling them but they never answer the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered mcdonalds it came on time still warm, rang someone to ask a question they were really helpful the delivery guy was polite and kind. I will use one delivery again 🖒

We ordered KFC via One Delivery on 24th April 2017, and the delivery time was supposed to be 12:45. However, we waited for about extra 50 mins to get the food. The operator was able to notify me about the dispatch of the delivery (although the time she called was around the estimation of food delivery time (12:45). I got texts/e-mails about who is delivering our food and the tracking of the delivery driver, which was good. However, the delivery was not made until we called the operator to make a complaint. Thus, we ended up waiting for 50 mins more. We checked the order immediately and noticed a mistake in the order. Fortunately, the driver was still around, so we asked to bring the missing order to us later. We do not know whether it's KFC's mistake or the delivery driver, but the latter was helpful enough to go back there to get the missing order. The food was still warm when we got and the operator and the driver seemed nice, but as a whole experience, it was not very good. Moreover, One Delivery knew my mobile phone number although I had never put in on the website -mystery and a bit scary. I would not think I will order via One Delivery anymore even if I had a sudden KFC crave.

Would give ya NO STARS as it a complete rip off. £21 KFC which cost my dad £31. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. FULL STOP.

Don't bother using one delivery, you don't get what you ordered. Me and my boyfriend ordered from KFC with them they got our order wrong i ordered a large meal they gave me regular meal my boyfriend didn't even get a meal! and they charge way too much. We've tried contacting them but no reply. They scam you out of money definitely dodgy.

Avoid the medway one delivery team, burger was cold, the app kept telling me the driver was outside, he wasn't, he came 10 minutes later. Chucked the food in the bin as it was inedible, left some feedback for them via Facebook, they called and the manager basically said I had to go inside the bin to get the food out of it if he was to do anything. He didn't accept any responsibility, the issue wasn't me getting a refund, the issue was the lack of understanding from the manager. The fact that he didn't understand why I was angry that the app had mislead me to believe the food was outside when it wasn't, felt as though he didn't believe me

Order about 3 hours ago, already paid by card and no food has arrived. All the emails bounce back and nobody is picking up the phone. This is a scam company!!

Havent had the wait problem with them, they are usually under an hour so thats always good. My issue has been there seems to be something always forgotten like a drink here or some fries there. My Thought on this DONT ever pay them by card, pay on delivery check said delivery first and if its not all there either tell them to take it back or simply give them less money. Other than that its cool getting kfc to you house.

One delivery in Bangor North Wales. Ive used them 5 or 6 times now. A super service, wish id used then sooner.

NEVER use this website to order food. They are disorganised and totally clueless. I ordered KFC from them using my credit card and after approximately an hour and a half, the driver phoned me to tell me that his motorbike had broken down. Telling me to "phone the manager" without further information or advice on the state of the order. Upon phoning the manager, he seemed extreamly reluctant to provide the refund, assuring me the food could still be delivered. Saying that he would phone back after half an hour to either confirm the order or provide the refund. To which I agreed. Half an hour passed with no phone call or notification of the order. I have tried to contact the manager further, but cannot get through to him. This is a SHAM business. Use other sites such as Deliveroo and just eat, which are far more reliable, and not downright liars and cheats. If I cared about £17 as much as perhaps I should, I would of pursued the issue further. Disgraceful.

Ordered from Blackpool always on time food warm only have to give it 10 seconds in the microwave and it's hot again. People who have delivered are always polite I've ordered kfc maccies subway and Burger King from this company and would say it's very good service.

It's my birthday and we ordered KFC at 19:41 from Croydon (south east london). We ordered it for ASAP but delivery said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. We were told the total cost would be £28.23 in cash. After an hour we tried calling the number provided 3 times but it was constantly inaccessible. After an hour and a half we drove to KFC ourselves and bought exactly what we ordered for £17.50. It's now 22:05, 2 hours and 20 minutes since we first ordered. There has been no contact from the company, we can't call them to cancel the order and we're now off to bed from a KFC coma no thanks to One Delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Waste of your time, i'm just glad we didn't pay by card and thankfully haven't lost any money
