One Delivery

If i could give no stars after waiting 2 hours i gave them a call didnt pick up after ringing 5 times i lefted a voice mail asking them to cancel the order im trying to found out if they have taken the money off my card stay away from they r rude people

Thank you for that rude, unprofessional delivery....I will never use them again.

Would never recommend the cardiff branch after our experiance, ordered a macdonalds got wrong items, stone cold, talked to manager who called us liars and wouldn't refund the nearly ten quids worth of missing stuff, would never use these con artist again.

This company goes above and beyond Tonight we ordered and they phoned to say some things were not available so we cancelled the order They then called and said they would go to another store and get our order It arrived really quickly lovely and hot and with a discount Can't rate this company high enough People just don't like paying for delivery, I'm sure you can walk there yourself if you don't wanna pay :)

TERRIBLE! Not even worth one star Ordered at 7:45 order came at 9:40. Tried calling them several times, but no awnser. Not worth it at all!

I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. I had placed an order to be delivered to my partner's house as a surprise for his birthday. It wasn't too long after placing the order that the driver called me to keep me updated about the progress of the delivery and to inform me that she was en route to a third Mcdonald's in the Basildon area because the burger I had ordered was out of stock in the other two. Not only was I shocked that the driver (I'm gutted I didn't catch her name) had gone out of her way to drive around to three different branches to locate every single item on the list, I was also surprised to be told that she had turned up with a bouquet of Mcdonald balloons all because I had left a small note on the delivery instructions asking if they could write happy birthday on the delivery bag (half expecting it to be ignored)!!! I have never encountered such fantastic customer service. Hot food delivered quickly to your door with superb attention to detail - I will never be going back to any other food delivery service again. Thank you so much.

Took 1 hour and 40. Then turned up cold and with missing items that had been requested and paid for. And the special request notes were ignored. Not impressed as you get charged more for quality.

The Bolton branch can't be faulted placed the order paid the food arrived really fast and boiling hot the driver (ben) was really nice will be is using them again x

Couldn't give a zero.Food took 3 hours 15 minutes to turn up.Messages to the company went unanswered.Only plus was the food was at least warm and what was ordered. Will stick to Deliveroo in future

Absolutely shocking. Made an order and paid. Not delivery estimate and "local manager" not answering/declining calls. Appalling service. Been charged and can't even contact them. Shut them down as soon as possible. Pathetic excuse of a business

Ordered food from them on may 7th, delivery driver rung me and said we don't deliver that this breakfast any more, said he would refund the money to my credit card, no money after a week, text him he said he'll look into it and get a a manager to ring me, still no phone all I have tweeted them and emailed them twice and still waiting, also the delivery driver will not text back anymore. Can't find a number to ring them on either.

Will never order from these again, disgusting attitude was spoken to very rudely by the franchise manager of nottingham Jeremy Wartnaby, issue wasn't solved and didn't even contact me back to let me know, shouted at down the phone by this patronising man. Delivered the wrong krushem that I had to pay extra for and was very very rude when I requested that the right one would be sent out, he made out the delivery driver went to 2 different Kfcs for the krushem told me to ring KFC to check myself once I did they did in fact have the right krushem. Will never order with these again, I wouldn't recommend to anyone, the food is always cold too! And isn't kept in a food bag when delivering.

after reading the reviews i thought i might as well give it a go (i orderedn before and got my cold delivery an hour late) so i thought might as well try the safe route (6 months later) with cash on delivery, so i order at about 3.30 in advance for when they open at 4. Low and behold get a call saying they have had a problem with thier driver and they are unable to deliver today. how these guys even exist is beyond me, if you are to try and order from these, please please do not ever use your card and choose cash on delivery expecting them not to come, a bonus if they turn up ! i dont think they have the staff to provide anything like an acceptable service, the one possitive i can take from this is they have a good telephone manor

Wouldn't even give it 1 star unless I had to. Still waiting for good after more than 2 hours. I commented about the poor service on their Facebook page and they deleted it and blocked me

10.4.17. First time using this service Just ordered a burger king. So impressed everything was still so hot and what I had ordered was all there will definitely be using one delivery again x

Brilliant service!

I have ordered from them often and although every delivery isn't perfect, overall its a very good service. I guess when they're busy it does take longer to deliver but all in all, I'm really happy with it.

One delivery Bridgend. Absolutely shocking service! Ordered a McDonalds and it took 90 minutes to be delivered. When it finally arrived, it was cold and was missing one of the orders. We rang them to ask for the rest of our order and they took over an hour to deliver it...and it was cold and hard anyway! DO NOT order from this service. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

Used this site for the first time and am very impressed. Really easy to order and delivery was really quick! Hope its just as good next time i order :)
