One Delivery

This is the second time, from my home in Cardiff, I've endeavoured to use One Delivery and the second time the app has informed me: "Cardiff is CLOSED". Who knew? What a handy app! I assume there has been a major terrorism incident or a nuclear war that I've obviously missed (I had a lie-in today), and this handy app is warning me that there must now be checkpoints at all major routes into the city. I'm giving a 1* for no food but, unofficially, a 5* for this great "major alert" service. Now, please excuse me while I look for my gas mask and then order a meal with Deliveroo's brand new service: P.A.D.D. (Post-Apocalypse Dinner-by-Drone). I order food at 3pm, got a call 50 minutes later saying that they would be 45min to an hour. When I said that is too long, they said that they would be here at half 4 and keep me posted. I finally called back at 5pm after waiting 2 hours for food and got fobbed off and told that it was the bosses job to call me and that he had cancelled the order. I was not told any of this. First time I have ever ordered from this place and will never be ordering again!!! Absolutely disgusting service.

At first they was very good untill today i payed by card got the wrong order ring charles he says he will have a look and call back shortley i waited an whole hour and nothing tryed to call no answer and then i got annoyed so i ordered the same thing leaving a clear message on the note then i get a call from charles telling me i refused to pay and stuff like that making up bull crap so in the end after arguing telling him the truth he still dont believe me because his driver has been doing his job 2 years theres no way he can mess up, im actually very angry and wont let this slide no way tell your drivers to drive with a bat or something for their own pretection!

Was good at first couldn't fault them then this time when I order with them I waited fifty minutes for it to come for them to be two items missing I then rang them to be told I have to wait twenty minutes while they do another delivery hope it doesn't happen again

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Prices higher than they would be at the restaurant. £0.60 charge for paying by card! Long waits for food which is always cold because most drives don't use heat bags. Constant change in opening times as drivers don't stick. Don't order from them or work for them!

Welwyn Hatfield - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I placed an order for Nando's and receive an email an hour later to say 'due to unforeseen circumstances' my order has been cancelled and my card refunded. 12 days later no refund, no response to emails and blocked from Facebook! Do not waste your money they are crooks!

Absolute joke 2 hours to get here then it's not what we ordered and this wasn't the first time I will not be using again.

Ive ordered with one delivery serval times now in the bridgend area. I tend to have the same driver most of the time i felt he deserved a good review. The app shows his name as Sean R. He always makes a quick delivery so my foods always warm and the drinks cold. But what surprised me is the customer service he delivered, not what ive come to expect from deliver drivers but what should be epected. Would recommend!

Used One Delivery (Bedford branch) to deliver a large McDonalds breakfast order to our office. I organise breakfast every week for our office and it's very rare that a delivery will arrive without missing/wrong items. Decided to give One Delivery a go and it was ABSOLUTELY FAULTLESS! would definitely use them again. Brilliant service. Cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely terrible, worked for them doing deliveries as I had no job, tried it for two days and wasn't for me, was making £15 a day tops so really isn't worth the hassle, i have requested the refund of the deposit of £1(0, which they say is for the heated delivery bag buy online these are only £50/£80, it's two weeks on and im still waiting, the manager is apparently managing the Warrington, Liverpool and Bolton branches and goes by the name of ZAIN DIN. extremely rude, have tried to ring and message multiple times but calls are declined and messages are usually always ignored, unless he's saying it will be another day or two because he is in London on 'business' I think now I have to resort to the police as looking St reviews I'm not the first person and im definitly not giving up, it isn't a huge sum of money but it's despicable and rude to act like they are. Absolutely AVOID AT ALL COSTS DON'T DELIVER FOR THEM OR ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. I don't usually leave any reviews, had to sign up just to write this but people need to be aware of this guy and the company, horrendous and inconvenient to say the least

Waiting more than a week for my refund after being told 2-3 days. Being ignored on Facebook. They are deleting my comments on posts. Poor service through and through. Will never use this useless company again. Shocking.

I ordered about a week ago, an hour past so I thought let me call them, I called and called they totally ignored my calls, still waiting for my McDonald's. DO NOT USE

I ordered the six piece KFC bargain bucket yesterday evening, a semi-regular order from One Delivery East Belfast. Isn't what I received. It did come with four fries, but with hot wings and a boneless fillet, which is a smaller and cheaper variety meal, and certainly wasn't enough to feed three people. It also came in a much smaller container, which I know now to be the variety meal third size bucket, not the big bucket. Taken aback, I questioned the driver - "What's this?" - and I was told it was indeed a bargain bucket despite its appearance and contents and perhaps the packaging had changed to cut costs. Now believe my unworthy suspicion that someone is purchasing cheaper meals and pocketing the difference is accurate. I was in KFC today with my nephews and, no, the packaging hasn't changed and neither have the contents of the six piece bargain bucket. Contacted the local manager twice via email for explanation - 48 hours later there's been none - so am now posting on Belfast social media through family and friends having found another customer who had the same experience. Cost difference has either been been pocketed by the driver and the local manager doesn't care or the local manager could be in on a nice little racket: more cash on top of the existing outrageous top ups on menu prices plus the high delivery fee. Without a response I'm forced to speculate.

Great service everytime, very conviniant as I don't drive, the tracker is fantastic and the driver calls to say when he is at my chosen restaurant.

Awful. Avoid. These guys also have a network of people posting fake reviews. I do have evidence this is being advised from the people in charge to the franchisees.

Waited over an hour for my order that said estimated time 45 minutes to then get a phone call saying they don't even have a driver on until 5 hours after I ordered. Asked for a refund but won't receive that for 3 days so now can't order elsewhere. Kids are really disappointed aswell now.

Using the site was fine, easy to work and place the order. I expected to wait around 30 minuets, which is an average waiting time for deliveries. I paid and placed my order and everything was good. An hour and around 15-20 minuets later my order finally arrived. Now I work in a McDonald's in a service station so I am aware of what a good service is and unfortunately this was not. Although the delivery guy apologised for the delays, which can happen, my order wasn't quite up to scratch. There was no straws for the drinks, I had been given the wrong flavoured fruit shoot, and the fries were stone cold. I know that fries can stay warm for around 5-7 minuets so maybe they could do more to try and keep them warmer for longer. Overall, I wasn't really satisfied. And for the money I paid, It just did not reach the mark. Disappointing.
