Walsall - One Delivery

Walsall - one delivery - Awful experience. Took 2 hours to come. Tried to contact the number 8 times to find out if the food was actually going to be delivered. Ordered £35 worth of McDonald’s. When I contacted after a couple of days manager was so rude said I wouldn’t get a refund. Was promised a call back, no call back. I tried to contact next day was told that I would get a call back which never happened so I rang again the following day and was told I will get £3.50 off my next order - bearing in mind I will Never use this company again. Then I was told they will refund me £3.50. The manager was rude arrogant and called me darling which is not professional at all. For food to take 2 hours you should be notified to see if you still want to place the order. My order number was ‭9436973‬, which was placed on 1/10/17 at 13:30. So that’s pretty much what I was offered before by having £3.50 refunded where as I spent £35.75. And on the email once order placed it states - If anything above looks incorrect, please contact your local franchise manager Customer Services, on 07840010665 And I rang the number so many times to ask where the order was and there was no answer. Regardless of the order being delivered it shouldn’t have taken 2 hours. 10% off on my next order is no good as I won’t be using the service in Walsall as I have now moved to Leeds. Okay that fair enough having free delivery and 10% off in Leeds. Because I have actually Used the service here and not had any problem like I have with Walsall. What do I need to put in the notes to use this because if I pay by card it takes the whole payment and how will the Leeds franchise know this? Would it have to be a cash payment. And with the £3.50 refund for delivery from my order placed in Walsall I don’t really think it that’s acceptable considering how much money I spent on food for a group of people and 2 hours later when it arrived no one was left to eat it. So it was a waste of food and money on my part. 1 hour timescale is understandable but I’m sorry no 2 hours. And the fact there’s a contact number which I rang again and again to chase the order and to cancel the customer service is appalling and no one answered the call not even retuned my call. That would be great. I live in Middleton Leeds LS10, think there are only 3/4 restaurants that deliver there so if I could go with McDonald’s voucher please. How will I receive this? Pontypridd One Delivery

Pontypridd 50% - 100% mark up on most items (Mcdonalds order) just over an hour and a half. Driver was polite but £3.50 delivery and a minimum 50% mark up on items Hamburger 89p at the store they use and yet rhey charge £1.40, cheeseburge 99p in store £1.59 on one delivery. you just can't delivery a high delivery price with slow delivery and huge mark ups.

BUYER BEWARE: Huge Rip Off!

Absolute joke and rip off in every possible way. I would like to advise everyone considering using this service to CHECK PRICES at the restaurants before ordering, because these cowboys add at least an additional 25-30% markup on ALL purchase prices of the food items AND charge you at least £2.99 for delivery on top. For example, a lasagna would cost you £9.99 in the restaurant or if you ordered via telephone and went to pick it up yourself that's all you'd pay. If you arrange for these jokers to order/collect it for you, you'll actually pay £12.49 instead (if you're lucky!) and the delivery fee on top. It's a complete rip off and horrible business practice, similar delivery services do not have such a significant mark up, if they have one at all. Rob dogs through and through. It seems my local franchise changes managers every couple of months and despite being open for almost a year they still can't provide a half decent service. The business owner is a ghost too, and honestly I hope the authorities catch up to him and hold him accountable for all the people he's ripped off either by over charging or failing to delivery items they've ordered and paid for. Total joke. Wouldn't use them again if they were the only delivery service on the planet!

Driver can't read delivery instructions

Up until my last delivery, I had no problems with using One Delivery - always arrived on time etc. Last time, the driver was very rude, claiming that he's been standing outside my flat door for 5 minutes. He hadn't rung the door bell (I left instructions on the driver note when I was completing my order, saying what buzzer to press and what door I was) and hadnt rung me on my phone to say he was there. So when another flat mate was walking out the flat, he got in and got to my door and started raging at me! I told him did he not look at the delivery instructions on the app? He then stormed off. Very reluctant to use again.

Extremely bad service spend 35 pounds …

Extremely bad service spend 35 pounds to receive the food 1hour 30 later only 1/2 of the order. Call the manager to be told only contact me on email. And only get a refund for the food not delivered. Extremely rude. Definatly never again. To avoid.

Not only did it take 1hr 30mins for my delivery to arrive the driver then refused to give change as they didn't have it and promised to return with the charge yet this hasn't happened. ONE DELIVERY are are one of the worst companies. I have tried to contact them on a number of occasions but have had no reply

Just a scam to get your contact details

Shockingly bad. I entered my postcode and was presented with a list of several restaurants to choose from. I placed an order and was asked for my details, which I provided. The site then said that the restaurant didn't deliver to my postcode! Yet the first search implied they did. I can only imagine that this is a scam site designed to harvest contact details. Fortunately I signed up using an e-mail address that I have not used anywhere else, so I will be able to tell if they have sold on my details! AVOID!!!

worst, end up paying 200% price. And they bring cold food. Meant to do one delivery at a time. But turn off their trackers to do multiple. Pathetic. And try to always con me out of the change by spending further 5mins trying to count out 10p's

Takes hours for your delivery arrive😡

Ordered it at half 9 and I am still waiting at 10 to 11. Everytime I order from there, they always take the p*ss but I stopped ordering from there for quite a while but thought that maybe they improved on delivery time but NO... I am out raged by how long it takes. It does not take long to go to a McDonalds, order food and deliver it, it's not like they are cooking it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF DONT WANT TO WAIT HOURS FOR YOUR FOOD!!!!!!!

Delivery is impossibly slow!

Ordered McDonald's, after 40 minutes I received a call to say it would be about another 30-40 minutes - ended up cancelling the order and ordering from Deliveroo who where here in 20minutes! First and last time using this site!

Terrible!!!!!

I made a mistake of ordering before reading any reviews. Ordered from the Walsall branch and was told it would take around 50 mins. After an hour and a half I decided to ring them and the phone was switched off!! Sent an email telling them I've decided to cancel my order. After 3 hours I received an email saying my order is on its way! Absolouty appalling. I then text them saying I've cancelled my order hours back!! Do not recommend at all!!!

absolutely disgusted with this company

absolutely disgusted with this company! they owe me a £90 refund which they are refusing to give me, for placing a shop only to later receive an email stating they have technical problems so will not get the order and will be refunded in 2-3 days (this was nearly 3 months ago now) emails get ignored, they leave the phone off the hook, the one time i did get through they answered by mistake and could hear them laughing at us! they are rude, lie and do not get back to you, i left a bad review on their facebook page to warn people so they blocked me!, i've never known such a terribly unprofessionally run company, i think as many people as possible should report these conmen to trading standards!

coventry and rugby area ! order was easy picked asap delivery for a mcds. no time slot was given but recieved a text 45 mins later to say he was on way. checked delivery before handing over cash as read other review horrors. and no shock order was wrong and missing poor guy didnt know what to do tryed to say i had ordered that till i showed him where in order it says large coke ?! and then that mcds had got it wrong as he had handed them the phone. (surely one delivery would check themselves before bringing to me) offered to go get my missing items but not good enough as rest of meal would be cold. so brief call to his boss and offers to take my meal away and get totally fresh ! haha dont believe for one min it will be a whole new fresh meal. will be leaving this company well alone.

Horrible experience, 0 stars but couldn't give that!

Ordering the food was easy as the app was easy to use however after ordering it got to two hours and I still hadn't received my order. I rang the company and received a call from the driver who said she is on her way to greggs now and will be with me shortly as she has other deliveries to pick up. I ordered the food for ASAP delivery so this frustrated me a lot! Even worse is over an hour after her call and she still had not arrived. Get a call from her saying she is on her way and that she has the delivery but they are just so short staffed, god knows how long she had my delivery in the car for! Finally get my order and not only were the pasties in the same bag as the cold drinks therefore making the pasties cold but also missing some items. Never will be using this company again!

Poor service and missing items, very disappointing

First time I have used the service and very unimpressed, two items where missing and when you "report", they respond within 24 hours. 24 HOURS!! Bit late considering I want my lunch now. After trawling the app for a phone number, finally found one, when I clicked to cancelled the order, and the gentleman on the phone was as helpful as a chocolate teapot, his response was I would have to 1) apply for a refund through the app and not get the missing items or 2) reorder the missing items and repay all over again. They refused to deliver the missing items and were not willing to help any further.
