Excellent servive. Food hot, driver polite and helpful when item wasn't availble. Totally recommended. Great tracking service when driver is bringing delivery 😊

I ordered KFC from One Delivery Croydon last week. All the food arrived pipping got and withing the estimated time. The delivery guy was very friendly and professional. I recommend this company to eveyone.

One Delivery are far better than Deliveroo! I don't mind waiting a bit longer I know that Drive Thru's can usually take a long time to get Thru!! But when the roads are clear they always get to me within 50 minutes and I'm very happy with that; I'd give them more stars if I could.

Amazing company in Aylesbury always on time always let you know what's going on and how long your order will be have a tracking system so you can see where the driver is CAN NOT FAULT the service at all thank you for a great service would recommend to anyone
Used to be a good company. Order always seems to be wrong these days. Tonight they decided to deliver the wrong food for one of our party and then advise they are now closed so didnt even have the decency to bring the correct food and instead offered a refund which didn't help us get the food. Driver even smashed into our fence broke half of the panels off a couple of months ago. Didn't even stop to let us know he had done it or offer to pay for the damage.
They have ignored my order three times. At one point they charged me as I paid by card and never turned up. Upon questioning this, they claimed I would be reimbursed yet I never was. Terrible, terrible service.
Wouldn’t bother using these cowboys as the manager doesn’t even bother to answer phone had money said it would be an hour two hours later still waiting numerous calls and emails and still nothing
We placed order on Saturday night for a delivery from MuMu kettering. When I placed the order at just after 7pm, I requested delivery for 8pm. It stated that delivery will be between 40-60 minutes so we expected it to be no later than 8.10pm. At 8.15pm I called MuMu directly as we still hadn’t received our order. They informed me the order had been sat there since 7.50pm and still not collected. I called the number I received on the confirmation email and he advised me it shouldn’t be any longer than 15-20 minutes as the restaurant was very busy and he ‘would call his driver’ for an update and call me back, I informed him the food had been waiting since 7.50pm and that there was no one there to collect our food. I also emailed to see where my order was. Another 10 minutes passed and I called again. No answer. So I called the restaurant and it still hadn’t been collected and had now been sat there cooked for half an hour. I cancelled the order with the restaurant and immediately called the number again. This time he answered and I advised him I wanted to cancel the order as it STILL hadn’t been collected and I’m not paying over £40 for cold food. He advised me it wouldn’t be cold which was rubbish. I repeated that we did not want the order. I asked when we would receive a refund as we paid by card. He advised 2-3 days. It’s now Tuesday and we’ve still not had our refund. I am disgusted at the service we received. Blame was passed onto the restaurant. I had no apology. In the end I placed our order directly with MuMu kettering and collected it myself. Once I arrived and waited a short while, the driver came into the restaurant. I believe the driver had to go in to pay for our cancelled order and collect another order. The waitress advised the driver that I was the person who cancelled the order and he still did not apologise! I also emailed again confirming cancellation and requested that they email back to advise once this had been done. Really appalling service and will never use again *Update, refund finally received after I contacted (via his personal Facebook page!) the business development manager whose name is listed on the website*
Waited two hours for food.. only offered to refund the £1.00 delivery charge. Then food arrived cold

Spot on, ordered a McDonald's. It all came warm and he even went back because they put ice in my coke

Never open they have the business in Wolverhampton never open though and when they are there's things missing from the order
one delivery sunderland,Huge mark up on items an example a sundae costs 99p in store these charge 1.99,plus minimum spend of £13 plus 3.50 delivery fee,used it a good few times but delivery started getting later and later,once order placed would be over 30 minutes before any driver accepted it then used to get notification that driver was in restaurant collecting order but would still take over an hour after notification yet the restaurant is 5minutes drive MAX,approaching 2hours for delivery,last straw was missing items from order,they did redeliver the missing items however. However the driver tried to insist that he gave me them when he first delivered,implying that I was lying,word of advice if you want to use them be prepared for long delivery times,and check your order thoroughly before driver leaves
