Wouldn’t give it a 1 if I couldn’t, at first was okay until my order was cancelled. Never ever received the refund, rang numerous times to be pied off. Absolutely ridiculous tbh!
One Delivery has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Big Colm from the Newry Branch has always been helpful and getting the deliveries done on time. If he is on and there is ever an issue he sorts it instantly.
I will NEVER use this company again. I had the extremely unpleasant experience of biting into a burger, then having to pull a hair out of my mouth. I politely emailed them straight away, suggesting they refunded at least the cost of the burger, as it ruined the whole meal. Heard nothing back. Emailed and contacted them several times and absolutely nothing! Disgraceful customer service, incredibly disappointing since I was a regular customer.
Brilliant service from Neil and Nikki who run the Bangor Franchise, food is always spot on, any problems are rectified straight away. This is how its done properly. Thanks 😊
Repeatedly had missing items cold food and waiting hours to arrive. No way of contacting other than email and then no response to emails!!! Poor poor service when all you want us a treat!!!
Food was late and cold, the order was wrong as usual 🙄. driver went back too get the missing items, came back at it was still wrong!! over an hour late “oh sorry we are busy” isnt that why there is time slots???? not impressed! i would NOT recommend and try order from somewhere else. i am very disappointed how the fact you bump up prices, for an example say you are £4.99 for a nugget meal at mcdonalds…if you order from one delivery your abt £6.99. absolute joke. wont be ordering again thats for sure, will be ordering from somewhere else. such ashame that the other reviewes arent so positive aswell! this isnt the first time this has happened either, but each time we have gave the benefit of the doubt and went back. but i think were done ordering with one delivery, such ashame as it has so much potential!
Orders at 6:25. At 7pm I got an email saying they would be collecting at 1:26?! Eventually managed to get through to them on WhatsApp and they said its on the way. Now 8pm and its not here. Either they take on way more orders than they can handle....or they're just absolutely useless!!!! Considering they own the restaurant I've ordered from too its even worse!!
One delivery lakes - ordered food never arrived. They took my money, I have been chasing it up for months now and they still have not given my money back! Shocked at the service, please stay clear of this scam.
It would be quicker to fly to another country to get your food! 😆👍
ALWFULL SERVICE 😡😡😡😡 Disgusted with the staff, and service. Ordered as a treat for me and my 9 year old, order never came, so phoned up, staff was rude, and said I could only have a credit note for next time, No WAY, money back now of I'll go to the papers, stay clear, 😡😡😡😡

Ordered food for my birthday. They took the money, nothing turned up. Waited 3 hours. Had to phone them up today to get my refund> not even an apology. They better refund me or there will be a fraud case as i have all the evidence. I cannot believe they treated me like this. Thanks for ruining my birthday.
Run from this company never I will do order with this one delivery is the most bad ever delivery from my life... Cold food mising items... For 1 meal big mac medium 22 pounds avoid this company Also the driver eating from my chips I see him... Save your money and your time You dont get refund for the mising items do not order from there better teck a taxi will be more cheap
Waited 2 hrs for meal when it arrived my main meal was missing. Phoned the restaurant and they said they would cook it again. Waited another 2 hrs and still no meal. Phoned one delivery and got very rude guy on the phone that said it had been delivered twice Which is crap definitely won't be using them again no meal and no refund absolutely shocking way to treat customer's.
Absolutely horrendous! Two hours for delivery from an order from China Town Aberdeen! Part of the order not delivered, spoke with China Town directly and told they would deliver the missing items, really, after we get the main meal! Spoke with One Delivery and said they would phone me back, still waiting! Understand it’s Friday and busy but having paid £52 for the food, their service is nothing more than embarrassing! Not happy!
Over 19 hours later I have yet to receive some chocolate.
Still waiting after 2 hours for some pizzas. Last time I used them my vegetarian pizza was full of ham, time before that my food was an hour early, time before that my food was an hour and a half late. I know what your thinking, and I also have no idea why I still use them. Never again! They were great during lockdown because the local taxi firm is doing the deliveries and obviously taxi business was quiet. That taxi firm is now trying to run taxis in a crazy busy post-lockdown Lake District whilst still offering a food delivery service. They have been great at both, at different times, in the past but it's time to admit that they have bitten off more than they can chew because they are now utterly useless at both! Placed an order which hadn’t been delivered an hour later. Telephoned to cancel which was agreed. Despite 4 emails, they are refusing to refund saying their operator was incorrect for advising the order would be cancelled and refunded.
First time I have used them. Used twice in a week in Bowness on Windermere. Straight forward ordering process with tracking. Orders received were correct and on time. Pleasant deliverers. No complaints. Would recommend the local service
Newtownabbey one constantly 'temporarily closed', absolutely no use. Get someone who can actually open to take over the franchise please
