Placed an order from the Preston branch which gotta accepted. After a hour of waiting I received a phone call saying the order is not coming because the site was updating. Really bad customer service and I will never use the site AGAIN. Just had a reply from the site asking for my order reference, I can't find this but I have noticed your site now says area currently closed. I have the number from which I received the call iff this helps? #10644164 was my order number from Baluga kitchen Preston . Luckily it was a cash payment so I never lost out on anything, however I was left hungry and frustrated.

I have ordered from one delivery a few times and I can highly recommend them. Food arrives hot and the staff are friendly and polite.

One Delivery Aylesbury go above and beyond in their customer service. After an unfortunate glitch with an online order, they resolved the order issue immediately. I was just about to call them up but they were calling me anyway to keep me informed of wait times. The correct order arrived swiftly and piping hot. They sorted my refund out really quickly and were super keen to keep me happy as a valued customer. Communication was superb. I can highly recommend them.

Just had a delivery in aylesbury, was a great experience, driver had a small accident on way here and spilled one of the drinks, we had ordered. And because of it stopped off on route and replaced with a full bottle, was great to see someone who cares about the job and their customers, so definitely be using again.

I ordered twice yesterday had a new driver for my area which I was happy with her name is jess she was lively food was hot couldn't fault it I've just ordered again today taking linger than yesterday but as long as food is hot I don't mind

I've had a great experience with them in Milton Keynes. Ordered McDonalds 3 or 4 times and it's always been quick, hot and accurate. Twice I've asked them to leave it on the doorstep as we were busy, which they did. Todays was handed to me by a gent with a smile :)

I ordered from One Delivery Hatfield order number 10601191 and i ordered before the time it closed. 30 minutes later I text the local manager directly and say what's going in with my food and said it closed at 21:45 but it didn't as I was able to do my order. They replied later saying i woukd get a 10 pound off voucher I haven't seen. Still no money in my account after a day, but I can transfer money to an account within 5 mins easy? I have contacted the manger of my area countless times and still nothing. Awful. 5 days on and still no money appearing in my bank.

An extremely professional service, food was hot, we had confirmation throughout the order process and a very friendly driver. Very impressed with delivery time as it was rush hour in Aylesbury.

Reliable, fast and friendly service, Scott does a great job, on a Thursday, my wife goes to work and I am left to fend for myself with two 4 year olds making demands left right and centre, we usually drive there, but there are times where I don't have the car seats in my car and so... one Delivery Aylesbury are my saviours, I feel much better now I have my sausage and egg mcmuffin and toffee latte in me, thanks Scott

Received a leaflet (junk) in an envelope via post from my local franchise that hadn't paid postage so I had to. Will never use your services and will gladly advise others to do the same due to your disgusting business practices. EDIT: Can't reply to a business so I'll make an amendment here. The franchise in question was Coventry. Final Edit: Franchise has refunded the postage costs. I've amended the above review from Bad to Average to reflect this as the issue was resolved.
