I use one delivery Hatfield several times a week always got food friendly drivers and local manager always a pleasure to deal with special requests. Excellent stuff 👌 prices are higher but who cares I don’t have to drive out of my way and mess about I can relax and my wife just had a baby they even deliver the baby formulas
I own a small coffee shop in Ripon. I wanted to introduced a delivery service to increase my gp. We wanted a company to take all of the responsibilities so as not to effect my businesses day to day running. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a hassle free and professional company running along side your existing business.

Used one delivery for the first time after being told by a friend about the service... Absolutely brilliant received my KFC order within 30 mins food was piping hot and the driver was friendly... Will be using again keep up the good work.

Order Incomplete & Cold Food was cold & order incomplete unable to contact by phone just went to voice mail. Tracked delivery & wondered why it came from a different area to where I live especially as there is a closer restaurant to me & the food would have atleast arrived hot. Really poor service when you pay so much and don't receive what you should. When charging so much you would think One Delivery would do their best to meet their customers expectations rather than leaving them feeling like they have been scammed.
Do not use! I waited 2hours and 30mins for a pizza from dominos that is 10 mins drive from my house, with apparently 21 drivers in Bridgend at the time this is totally unacceptable. The woman who took my initial call was rude and unprofessional. When I tried to call a second time she refuse to pic up and would only text. I have kept all text. No compensation was offered and she was unresponsive to my questions. I will not be using this service again and will make sure word gets around about this appall service.
Just got my food delivered and half of it is missing they can redeliver but by time my food would get hear the half order I have will have gone cold, won’t be going hear again I’d advice other people to do the same
Very expensive service with delivery charge minimum spending charge and on top of that they charge more for the products then the resturants do not a good company at all I will be sticking with deliveroo and just eat.
Absolutely awful. One time I ordered and they didn't bring what I asked for. Another time I ordered, after an hour and a half I called as it was taking so long. When I called they said oh sorry, the driver had a car accident (which I do not believe). We will send someone to do the order it will be another hour! They hadn't even called to explain this and i could have just been left waiting. So I just cancelled it. Another time I tried and they cancelled the order saying the driver was just about to head home. To top this off, they took the money from my account. I am yet to receive my refund after an entire week! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! UPDATE 08.01.18 The details of order were sent in the original review message. After posting on here I got a reply from the Watford Franchise and the money appeared in my account. No apologies for repeated issues but at least I got my money back. Update 08.01.18 Now I do not understand why your head office takes it so personally. The apology I am referencing is that from the Watford branch- who were the ones who made the error. Firstly, for cancelling the order. Secondly for taking the money despite cancelling the order. They did apologise for the delay once I had gone public with my review. I do not see getting money back that was taken for no services 'kept to our word and dealt with this to your satisfaction' my satisfsction would be that if your company cancell the order, they do not take the money. Also, is this last section meant to be a joke? You want to send me pictures of a car accident? Absolutely disgusting and condescending remark from a company. I hope you do not speak to all of your customers like that! Perhaps if, as with all companies, you communicated issues, there would not have been a negative review. Accidents do happen, but I wasn't even informed. That is not ok. But you keep pretending that you are giving customer satisfaction and not even responding to complaints with a professional discord.

Can't fault this company at all..food arrived within 15 minutes.. food was stil really hot..driver very polite.. been waiting years for someone to delivery me a MacDonalds..finally we have it with brilliant service too..thank you one delivery keep up the good work
