Great being able to order kfc and …

Great being able to order kfc and nandos. Also delivery people are very good. Always ask them to knock quietly as normally out baby is asleep by time food comes and they go out their way to make sure they don't disturb her.

This is a copy of the email I sent to hello@one-delivery (still no response) Due to coming home late last night I decided I would order a takeaway for my children’s dinner I searched the apps I’d usually use but my children were insistent on wanting a KFC to my disappointment I could find no delivery service that had KFC. After a search of the internet I came across “One Delivery” which did deliver KFC so I downloaded the app and placed my order I spoke to the branch manager via text to confirm both the sides I wanted as the app would only allow me to select one . When the food arrived it was cold and missing one of the sides I had asked for (even though I had spoken to the branch manager via text and he at no point told me it wasn’t in stock/not available) .Due to the time and the children having school the next day I didn’t couldn’t contact make for a new order as I just wanted the children to eat and go to bed. I found myself having to reheat the food on top of that dealing with the complaints about the missing coleslaw “mummy I don’t like corn”. Once the school run was done and I was back home I tried to look for a number for a complaints department I couldn’t find one so I decided to *contact the branch manager for help via text *. After going back and forth and coming to no resolve he called me ,we ended up having a *19 minute conversation* . During the conversation I was met with hostility, rudeness ,defensive attitude, at one point even laughter and finally the most ridiculous solution. He proposed the he would come to my home and collect the *uneaten food* and give me a refund (cash payment) I’d never heard of a company operating in this way so I turned down that offer as I know that’s now things should be done. We could not come to a resolution so I then I asked for the number for one delivery’s head office/ complaints department but I was told that everything goes through him. I could not believe the system you had in place so I searched the web and found a branch in *London* to see if they could be of any assistance, I was referred to onedeliveryuk Facebook page where I was told I should get I response . I’ve tried to called the number provided over *20 times*no response. I have sent a message asking for somebody to contact me via my mobile the message was delivered and read but ignored I wrote another message which was also ignored. I just can’t believe a company which prides it’s self in being “One Delivery are one of the largest Fast Food and Restaurant Delivery Services in the UK.” Not have a proper system set up for a complaint or even respond to a message Almost a week has gone by and nobody has bothered to reach out to me or even attempted to get back to me .

Polite but Closing times and refund procedure requires urgent review

First time order: Polite franchise, and order declined within 20 minutes of placing the order to say the franchise was closing, but I find it unacceptable: When you place an order 2 hours before the stated closing time (that's 3 hours before the restaurant shuts)... Conditions are 3 degrees celsius outside (feels like 1 celsius and 0 recorded precipitation)... perhaps the franchise had too many orders on a friday night but all orders have to be before 10pm?... That's an embarrassing and ridiculous service if that's the case, not to mention a serious trading standards violation by taking money from an account knowing goods will not be delivered under the contract. Order elsewhere.

Expensive

I do not use One Delivery anymore as it is too expensive. Customers are hit twice with charges - they apply a premium to the menu food prices and the delivery charge itself. I have no problem with the service from Aylesbury itself; they just need to lower their charges to provide better value.

This company is complete waste of time …

This company is complete waste of time and was not even apologetic as they could not even deliver food within 2 hours as well and no follow up and blamed on systems etc ..Avoid them

First time using one delivery and will …

First time using one delivery and will be my last! Ordered wimpy at 5.25 and Heard nothing till I called the franchise at 6.45 to ask how long it would be,he told me the driver is just picking it up? I then got a text to track my order and it said he would be with us at 7.09 this time came and went and he had driven past our house and headed into Watford town centre? I then called again and was promised he would be with us in no more than 10 mins we were offered a £7 refund at this stage,after another half hour I called again as still no wimpy! He then offered a full refund which I still haven’t received? Then my phone rang and it was the driver who said he was lost! I asked him if he had a sat nav to which he answered yes and hung up! Another 15 mins later our wimpy arrived 2 & 1/2 hours after we ordered it freezing cold! Terrible service and will never use again!

Been trying to prebook an order from Redcar K.F.C

Been trying to prebook an order from K.F.C Redcar just couldn't do it it just kept telling me the shop was shut I emailed the manager he was helpful by telling me to screenshot my order but I couldn't do that neither so that's my first experience with them

KFC's 2 Hour Recipes

I have used OneDelivery before, never had an issue and was always happy with the service. understanding there will be about an hours wait for most of the deliveries, i placed an order for a restaurant that is at least fifteen minutes down the road from me. an hour came and went but i had heard nothing about the food or if my order had been accepted apart form a receipt from the purchase. An hour and fifteen minutes in i tried to contact the manager of my area to find out if the food was on the way or if the delivery driver may have gotten lost (this tends to happen a lot where i live). i was unable to call the manager but was successful in messaging his number. After about an hour and thirty minutes, i received a call from the driver in regards to my order. i was advised that it had been a busy night and that Jess was only just now in cue to complete my order at the restaurant. what has made this so bizarre is the fact i had to contact a manager just to see if my food was almost here, only to be informed that it had yet to be ordered which means it would more than likely take another twenty minutes to arrive. Coming up on two hours the food arrived and i was greeted with a smiling face. I had suggested that maybe a call ahead next time would be a bit helpful to inform people about delays. Upon leaving Jess asked me to fill out a review and stated that she was in fact a new driver. Jess lied.... 2 months prior Jess had delivered me the exact same order from the exact same restaurant as stated on a previous confirmation text. all in all i didn't appropriate the excessive waiting times and the fact i had to TEXT a manager about my order because he was unable to answer the call i made to his number i revived on my OneDelivery email receipt. i felt that the money i payed for the delivery was unjustified in this circumstances and i was kept out of the loop on my £32 order for a very long time. For a company that prides itself on being the biggest fast food and restaurant delivery services in the UK, with a sixty minute delivery expectancy, i feel like you have fallen short this time. Thanks OneDelivery
