One Delivery

I cannot recommend One Delivery based on my experience with them. I placed an order with a scheduled delivery time of 8pm from KFC. The order arrived at 6pm and was also missing certain items which the delivery driver explained was due to no stock and "You get what you get". When I told the delivery driver that I the delivery was 2 hours early he claimed that he wasn't aware of this. I Will not be using One Delivery again.

Excellent customer service! I ordered from them last night, and I was missing a couple of things, I rang them up and the guy who answered the phone apologised and said that I could keep what I had recieved and they would refund the full bill! Absolutely amazing, I will always be using this service :)

Fantastic Service Speed Delivery Hot Food ALL THE ABOVE ROLLED IN TO ONE IS ONE DELIVERY I will most definately be ordering from here again. Prices are slightly higher but you would expect that for delivery of ur favourite dining out spots that don't deliver

4* - Prices were inflated as well as delivery charge. Food was delivered in less than an hour and still pretty warm, despite us living a good 30 minute drive from town. Nice delivery driver. Definitely getting again once KFC sort themselves out.

Been using one delivery for a very long time now and on a regular basis. Would recommend to anyone. Drivers are lovely and polite. Foods always hot when arrives. Couldn't knock this company at all they are life savers. Especially when your hungover!!!! .. or just too busy working like myself it's quick and too easy. Great service guys keep it up!

Had stuff missing out my order. Phoned, then they said they will drop off the missing items. They came with cheaper options of the items (mini fillet burger instead of original recipe burger from KFC) I told the driver but he argued it was the correct one. It is not the first time my orders have been wrong.

Have used onedelivery a few seperate times. The food often takes OVER 1hr and a half to arrive and is usually cold. Today I had the added experience of talking to the Nottingham franchise manager because my food was over an hour and 20 minutes so I emailed. The manager rang me and I missed the call and I called back. He was extremely rude to me did not tell me who he was or why he was ringing me, it was obvious he couldnt hear me but instead of being polite he told me to "Hurry up and talk faster". I was trying to find out who he was as I realised he wasnt the delivery driver after he rudely told me that where he was wasn't relevant and he said "Why do you need to know who I am". Will NOT be using this service again and certainly WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT

A little pricey, however only service like this available in Sunderland, and after ordering a few times haven't really had anything I could complain about

Drivers are brilliant, franchise manager is amazing! All a friendly bunch been using them for a while now never had 1 problem, always been on time or if needed to be early asked me first. Would give more than 5 stars if I could 😊

Excellent service and always on time

Worst experience ever. I would not recommend to anyone. You’ll be let down time and time again, your food ALWAYS arrives late and is cold. The local branch manager doesn’t respond to emails and there’s contact number to call. They just don’t care!
