One Delivery

Ordered from the crewe branch tonight, there was a technical problem so they received it after they had closed but they went out of their way to still deliver my food and also text me to let me know what was happening. 100% excellent customer service and I even got a free chocolate doughnut as an apology. Highly recommend using this company.

4 happy meals and a large big Mac meal and a mcflurry .. happy meals are £2.69 from maccies I was charged £3.99 each for them over £5 extra to have happy meals an extra £1.75 for a bit Mac meal and MC flurry .. plus £2.50 delivery thats £9.25 on top because the one delivery driver can charge what he wants on his menu and the cheeky so and so still wants £2.50 to deliver ... BBC watchdog needs sorting this company out !!!

If you live in South East London don't waste your time ordering from this useless place, I've ordered from them 4 times and 3 of the times they didn't bother turning up and when I tried to call them i got no answer. They are completely useless Just wish I could give the less stars.

Placed an order on saturday night paid by card got confirmation and never arrived , tried repeated to contact through facebook and email but no reply to anything. When check sunday morning it says was delivered at 1 min past midnight , had ordered at 540 and said would take 60-90 mins , noone knocked on door so it obviously wasnt delivered. Money has been taken out of my bank account and cant find anywhere to try get my money back from as noone will reply to me , very unhappy an will never use again

First time trying One Delivery Bury/Bolton and I wasn't dissapointed! Amazing service and lovely people! Food arrived really fast and we even got a free Krispy Kreme Donut! 10/10

Once again another late delivery. It's the third time. 40 minutes after it was scheduled the driver called me to say "I'm going to be really late, I'm the other side of wolverhampton". That's not even the franchise area! Still no food. Won't order again. Update: still no resolution or communication.

Very impressed with my first delivery .Food was delivered in less than an hour and still pretty warm, despite us living a good 30 minute drive from town. Nice delivery driver. Definitely getting again once KFC sort themselves out.

I'm actually disgraced. I've used one delivery a number of times now and never satisfied with the result. I've given them chance after chance to get things right and accepted that they're constantly changing delivery drivers. Apparently. This is the bolton franchise. Usually its bits of food or sauces missing etc. First big issue came when I was frightened to answer the door because the delivery driver arrived with three other men in the car absolutely stinking of cannabis. Reported this to the manager and said he'd sort it. That same order was freezing cold and found what we think was both fries had been eaten out of since they were both not even half full. Boxes for the burgers ripped and strewn all over the place. Took well over an hour for this to get resolved. This time I've dealt with them again today for three items to be missed off my order. Let them know about five minutes after receiving my order after I'd washed my hands and checked my food. That was at around 19.45. They tod me that kfc had run our of mini fillet burgers and the wrap which had been missed off when I already had a mini fillet supercharger in the bag so that was a blatant lie. Then a quick phonecall to kfc themselves confirmed they were lying to me. I was told they'd refund the missing items until I pulled them up on their blatant lie. It then took over an hour to respond to me to tell me "the delivery driver will have to go out of his way and go to a different kfc to get these items but we will get them delivered to you. Next time check your order at the door to stop this repeating itself" Why in gods name should I be checking my order when it's written in black and white for these people to get the order correct? And just to clarify. I'm still waiting for this food to be delivered and it is now 22.11pm. Oh... And yo clarify, I'm also ten days from giving birth and they're aware of this after the last time they messed up orders and again making them aware today that i shouldn't have to deal with this rubbish especially in my condition, but yet they're willing to blame me and have the audacity to charge 4.99 for delivery and add extra amounts on top of the restaurants original pricing. I'm utterly dumbfounded at this behaviour.

Ordered a scheduled delivery from Welwyn hatfield branch. 2 hours late and order was cancelled due to 'technical difficulties'. Phoned 3 times and never received a call back from the mythical 'Michael'. Avoid or you will be hungry. Edit: I was also charged for this cancelled order.

I ordered today with the complete wrong order, food was cold when arrived. Emailed them now waiting on a reply couldn’t even eat the chips had to throw them away as they was stone cold. Didn’t get the sides I wanted or drink, they just chucked 4 tubs of gravy in the bag, if I wanted gravy I’d order gravy, didn’t phone me to tell me if they didn’t have what I wanted on my order. So I’m pretty annoyed. I want to be refunded as this is disgusting from them! I will not be ordering through one delivery again. Very disappointed! Also have screenshotted my email of my food order and photos of my order arriving!

Should have ordered our food last week... might be here by now. 2.5 hours and counting .... when oh when will our food arrive?! maybe the driver is walking the 5 miles to our house ?

I placed an order with One Delivery Welwyn Hatfield on Friday 23rd March. Admittedly the order was placed 15 minutes before closing time, so we received an email stating that the order was cancelled. We were told that we would receive a refund for the order within 2 days but we are still yet to receive it. I have tried contacting my local franchise via telephone and email multiple times and I have not received any response. The phone number I call is always unavailable and even the message I have sent on Facebook has been ignored. Update: I still have not received any update from the franchise owner. No email response or refund.

ONE DELIVERY CROYDON , Leo is a great guy ive used this service for a couple of years now, he always keeps me informed eg how long my order is going to be, very reliable, super friendly guy, highly recommend

I had been looking forward to playing mcdonald's monopoly so i ordered a few large meals for the family to gain as many tickets as I could, only to have my food delivered with all the stickers peeled off! And it was the franchise manager that delivered it! His excuse was that McDonald's don't give The tickets to one delivery customers but Mcdonald's confirmed this is rubbish! So I sent a message to one delivery's main Facebook page and they've ignored me! Previous orders have always been over 1 hr late, Cold and They've never bothered to read the delivery notes. I will never use this company again. Update : order number - 12114317

Order came within half an hour, food was as warm as could be, very pleased, great service and friendly, polite driver. Will definitely use again

I have used this service before and it wasn't too bad however this time it was just unacceptable. I placed an order which I waited for nearly an hour and no avil. I tired calling local franchise manager number which was provided but kept number unavailable and I have also left an email which I don't think is going to get a response of. ***********UPDATE************** The order was just delivered by one of the driver. She was super nice and explained to me that she only got the notification like half and hour ago about the order. When I asked her why the number on local franchise manager number doesn't work, she said she doesn't know and then when asked if I can have the manger number's she said she can't do that as its a personal number but she did show me text message saying that she should make the deliver even though its over 3 hours late and that he/she will issue a refund. I still haven't gotten any contact from the manager whats so ever and lets see if the refund will come through or not.

Fantastic Service Fantastic Service Speed Delivery Hot Food ALL THE ABOVE ROLLED IN TO ONE IS ONE DELIVERY I will most definately be ordering from here again. Prices are slightly higher but you would expect that for delivery of ur favourite dining out spots that don't deliver
