Not bad at all!

(Blackburn) Ordered from KFC and the food was delivered 35min later. The delivery driver was polite and friendly, I’d definitely use them again. The only slight issue is that the tracker link didn’t work, it didn’t say if the food was on its way but other than that I have no complaints.

Ordered 5 times in the past month since…

Ordered 5 times in the past month since they opened in Hatfield, not once have they been on time with an order. Every single order has been 2 hours or longer waiting time since the order was placed, just made an order as it allowed me to pre-make the order 15 mins before KFC opened and now all stores are closed in our area for day and no way to get the food. Why take the money and the order when you are closing the whole area for the day? Nothing was said about it, no email explaining what is going on with the order, phoning the number given goes straight to voice mail as always and the manager never picks up or replys to texts! Bloody terrible customer service and bloody terrible company! what do you really expect from someone charging a fair price to get takeaway? an actual take away or order within 2 hours!

Disgusting service

I have never experienced such bad service ever! I ordered kfc, when the email was sent to me an item was missing. I called one delivery he was very rude! He said he would call the driver and get him to bring the other Item and I pay when he delivers. The driver turnt up without it and refused to go back and get it! I called one delivery again and again he Was extremely rude!!!! He said he would call me back and didn’t. He then blocked my number from calling him so I sent a message via WhatsApp and he blocked me straight away!!!!! Absolutely disgusting! I want a full refund or I will take this matter a hell of a lot further!!!!!

still waiting for the food arrive

still waiting for the food arrive. no contact details and not answering live chat, and no updates on their order tracker and all of this from a company who allegedly uses all of the latest technology. When you pay nearly half the purchase price of the meal in store for the privilege you really do expect more. Stick with just eat, just overall a better business model and better support. I am getting my money back from the bank!

One delivery Stevenage are simply rude. Can’t take constructive criticism and bully people on social media or delete their comments if they don’t like them. They’re also very quick to slate their competitors.

waited over a hour and half for a cold mc ds two of the drinks were missing and the chip cartons were only half filled as well as charging double the price as a delivery driver myself i was absoultly disguised in the services and will never use you again

Used this company many many times.

Used this company many many times.. always been okay, although sometimes have problems with the order (items missingor wrong)..this time ordered food, paid and was waiting for 2 hours before I found out that there was problem with their card system, had closed for the night but still took my money though..was informed on Facebook that I would get a refund after complaining.. waited 4 days..still no refund..cannot get hold of anyone, do not pick up phone and emails/ Facebook messages go unanswered..finally got hold of someone who said they had been in touch with Head Office (No details on website) and would receive refund in 3 days..but nope still not received. No reply to email, am ringing citizens advice and reporting to trading standards. Avoid!!

One delivery macdonalds order

Had 3 delivery's now just waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to have cold food delivered and melted milkshakes and one item missing off my order I think is shocking as I'm only about 5 minutes drive to the nearest macdonalds and also you charge double the price of what it would cost if I went myself shocking service won't be ordering ever again

Use them all the time very good…

Use them all the time very good service. Wouldn't normally go on a review site about it though but today our order was wrong so I messaged them on Facebook. They replied within seconds and not only brought me the correct order I was allowed to keep the other one as well as giving a partial refund for the inconvenience. Not only are they are a good convenient service but they are awesome when things do go wrong! Edit: Was the Newbury & Thatcham branch

Jamie Powell - Walsall Hi all, we've always had great service from the guys in our area. Always keep you informed of changes or delays to your order. Yes you pay a little extra than if you had gone to kfc yourself, however don't forget your paying for the benefit of it being delivered straight to your door. The staff have always been polite and friendly, I can't comment on behalf of any other areas of the country that One Delvery operate as I haven't ordered from any other areas but the guys who operate in our area are great.

Very Poor service

Very Poor service Have made 4 orders from the Farnborough area One delivery rep, third order was 1.5 hours with cold food and fourth delivery never showed up. contacted Area rep after 1 hour and 15 minutes and was informed the order had been cancelled in their system.

Terrible Service from Rep in our area

Ordered twice through One Delivery. The first time the driver did not have any coins at all on him so could not give me change for the notes I gave him. The second time I ordered a starter and a main from Carluccio's. The starter that arrived was correct but the main was not. I ordered a mushroom pasta dish and received an olive/caper/anchovy (not a mushroom in sight!) dish. I called the contact number twice and did not get through. When he rang back I informed him that the main was wrong; he called the restaurant and called me back. He said the item I received was correct (which it was not) and said I would not be getting a refund or replacement meal even though I had not touched the main in question. I explained that this was not what I ordered and he shouted at me and hung up. Utterly disappointed as I had heard good things but after the treatment I have received I will not be going back.

40 Hours wait and still no KFC

I ordered from here on Sunday night to save me going to KFC. Yes the prices were higher but since I had consumed copious amounts of beer it served a purpose. Order was accepted at 20:22 and I got a confirmation email. At 21:45 I tried to call to see what was happening but the phone was off. I emailed them and had no response. At 23:00 I gave up waiting and made a cheese sandwich. I should have used just eat and got a kebab as I normally would. The order is still showing as order accepted and I am wondering if it might turn up several days later. Complete waste of time salivating over a KFC that hasn’t shown up so far - some 40 hours later. Avoid and stick to just eat until they sort themselves out.

Bad in all areas

1) They accept orders when there aren't enough delivery drivers. Deliveroo wont let you order if there's not enough people to deliver your food, so it's clearly possible to track/manage this 2) The tracker doesn't work. The only time I have managed to successfully receive an order, it was marked as 'Delivered' 5 minutes before the guy actually turned up. It was also marked as 'Driver on his way' at the exact same time it was 'delivered'. 3) It takes way too long for me to be told by email that my order was cancelled. I ordered at 16:25, at 17:40 I recieve an emails saying it was cancelled because there's not enough drivers. Why on earth does it take that long? 4) The website doesn't acknowledge when an order is cancelled. Under my 'orders' page the cancelled order I had last week is still showing as if i'm waiting for it to be delivered. The only reason I give this 2* instead of 1* is because I got a refund quickly for the cancelled orders.
