No refund
I paid for an order by card. The order never arrived. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 weeks now but I have still not got my money back even though they said I would be refunded.

Ordered KFC at 6pm through OD portsmouth, took 1 and a half hours to be delivered. At 6.50 I received a txt advising they needed to collect from a different KFC due to no bacon. 7.30 still no delivery. Called franchise manager who also turned out to be making the delivery. No apology just ramblings about how his time had been wasted. Asked why he didn't call to advise and change/cancel the order..his response was "he should have cancelled the order from the start to save his time being wasted" once the franchise manager arrived there was no apology, on a requesting a refund or some kind of compensation again He walked away giving excuses about KFC. There is a level of customer service expected regardless of whose fault as I purchased through One Delivery Portsmkuth they are responsible for my customer satisfaction. We have used portsmouth one delivery multiple times and based on past experience we never expect our food particularly quickly however this time delays along with appalling customer service is the last straw and we will not order again or recommend
On time, food hot will definitely be using this service again

Had a lovely KFC, delivered in only 30 mins after ordering
Nearly 2 hour wait for food! Ordered food at 7:09, didn’t receive until 8:50. Driver ignored delivery note asking him to go round the back of the house due to sleeping children. Called asking for an update and was advised I would get a call back with an update -half an hour passed and still no call. Called again and got told 5-10 minutes. That was at 8:13pm, then all further phone calls got instantly rejected. Would not advise nor use again.
54 calls to find about our order with no reply. Text 3 hours later to say they couldn’t deliver. Already paid on card so waiting on a refund. One delivery Solihull.
Ordered 2 meals from kfc through preston lancs franchise on Wednesday , but when the driver turned up one of the meals was wrong, driver said kanas bbq bites meal had discontinued, so gave us plain mini fillets, which the mrs doesnt like, told the driver this, not just that no drink either for her. Why didnt they ring!!!? Told the driver take them back, we dont want them they will be binned, he said keep them , I'll get my boss to refund the meal, couple of days now still no refund, you already pay over the odds for this service but one person still went without, all it took was a phone call to us for suggestion for replacement meal... Edit...provided reference number, still nothing. Typical. Edit..edit.. over a week still not heard nothing!!!!
Ordered KFC delivery from One Delivery Stevenage twice now. Really polite driver both times first time took a little while but i omow KFC is akways busy today really quick even gave me some free sides. Updates by text is a good touch. Nice to be a valued customer. Will be using regular.
They couldn't complete my delivery which is fine, but instead of refunding me they've still taken payment from my card. If you don't want to have to chase people down to get your money back I'd avoid this service. Edit: I've now got my bank involved since they've ignored my messages. Definitely won't be using this again.
Made an order on weds 5th sep it was paid for and not delivered and have not yet had a refund shame as i have not been let down before in welwyn garden city order number was 13658313
Made two orders which were over £50 all together, only for them to take the money and close the area without delivering, without even an explanation.
Portsmouth franchise! Amazing customer service/franchise manager. Any problems there is fast support and drivers are always friendly. Food is always on time and in perfect condition! Thanks again. 100% recommend
I have ordered from One Delivery Sunderland quite a few times and I’ve always had a good experience. This time though when my ordered arrived one of the meals was not what I had ordered. I considered just eating it but decided I really wanted what I had paid for and looked forward to. Having contacted them a new meal was delivered to my door within 20 minutes. It was the same driver who had delivered the first time and he was so apologetic. He explained that he does check the orders before he delivers them but it’s difficult to tell what is in the boxes from KFC and then he THANKED ME for letting them know. What great service!
Ordered a delivery from KFC @8.28 pm now 10pm. Nothing phoned not picking up.

I ordered food and paid for it. Apparently some of the items ordered were not in stock at the restaurant and I was promised a refund on the items not delivered. Still waiting for it now and they no longer respond to my emails!
Ordered a KFC and never received it. Emailed them and was promised a refund but never received the refund and they did not answer any subsequent emails I sent to them.
