meh.

It’s a shame because this company has potential. It delivers the stuff everyone wants but whenever I’ve had items missing, the driver has told me to email in. I have never got a refund for any items that have been missing. They ignore emails and calls. Because of this I have been out of pocket, it has got as far as them saying my card will be refunded in 5 days but this has never been the case. Not great and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend.

DO NOT USE!

I normally use the east Belfast service but a number of weeks ago I placed an order and it never arrived I spoke to the driver that evening and they promised a refund and then spoke to Ray 26th Feb and he said he would ring me back in 2 minutes I am still waiting and still no refund!! I am waiting on a refund of £26.23 for non delivery of order 15078197 on 9th February.

1 STAR IS BLOODY GENEROUS!! ordered online and asked for it to arrive to my address at 8:30pm on a MONDAY night. It then arrived just after 8 and my guests wasn't arriving until another 20 minutes minimum hence the timed order. I then had a drink missing and the driver said oh yeah you do so we waited at the door awkwardly to see what he would suggest to do. He then said he would take the money off the order.. lucky I paid cash as I definitely wouldn't of got a refund for sure. The burger was wrong and the driver had no change. I rang this number 07533859748 as it was in the contact us section for my area. He then apologised and said the driver was new and he would give me a discount code.. after the amount of wrongs I said I wasn't happy as it was wrong, early, cold and the driver was horrendous. He then kept mumbling on and CUT ME OFF. I rang him back and he was SO rude it's unreal. After arguing he said he would get my order sent back out again within 30 minutes. It's been 1 hour, I hadn't received anything or a refund. They ignore your emails/calls. The guy on the phone was an absolute joke, happened to be laughing with the company he had after our phone call as he didn't cut me off early enough. The behaviour is a disgrace, it's a joke, they steal money, no customer service and do not care one bit. Fuming isn't the word. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A SLAP IN THE FACE AND COLD FOOD!!!

Excellent service!!

Excellent service from the Tonbridge franchise. May have taken longer to receive my deliveries but it was piping hot and one delivery charge of two was returned straight back to me in cash without any prompting on my behalf by a very friendly driver Derek from his manager!! Will definitely use again.

Missing Item and no reply stole money from me

I made an order at 5.40pm and an hour later chased it up via email as apparently there should have been tracking information. Asked for an ETA was simply told they were busy and would be with me soon. Then it was delivered cold and without an orange juice that I had pre-paid for. I emailed about this again as there is no telephone number and no reply. I have been ripped off and expect a refund for missing items Essentially theft to take money for something I have not received. I am absolutely shocked at the ignorance of the Manager to my attempts to resolve this matter.

Horrible,unprofessional company

I ordered a kfc through one delivery tonight and I won't be doing it again,firstly they brought the wrong.order and still charged me £18 for it so.we spoke to the driver who.was rude and basically insisted I ordered wrong. I then emailed the manager who was just as rude and unprofessional as the driver and refused to offer any solution to.rectify the problem,just stated that he was her best driver and she knew he wasn't rude when.in actual fact he was incredibly nasty Do Not Use them

Do they walk it?

My email complaint to AYLESBURY ONE…

My email complaint to AYLESBURY ONE DELIVERY SERVICE. I literally could have fed a family of four 2 kids 2 adults and dined out sitting in a posh restaurant with a 3 course meal and side platter on the table for the amount I paid for this JOKE of a delivery tonight, very very angry about this Joe. If they don't refund, there are going to be some serious implications for them, I will take photos of these items and ask Bucks Herald to print it, name and shame as well, it will be everywhere across social media too and unfortunately and note that it is with regret for me to say that this would also mean one delivery are in trouble too. I don't want to drag the one delivery name under but if I decided to take further action / proceedings this would HAVE TO include One Delivery. So it really is in the best interests of One delivery to sort this and negotiate on my behalf, and not act like a scapegoat or pass the buck, or that's gonna add insult to injury, please don't do that. I'M PLEADING WITH YOU PLEASE SORT THIS OUT PLEASE..... or i'll have no choice but to let regulators know about it and trust me it WILL be investigated coupled with the fact it will earn itself a bad review on one delivery. I don't want to be forced do this, but you have to understand one delivery is the ENTITY delivering, one delivery is the image behind the service being offered, so it is one delivery that will get bad feedback. 2nd email Joe, I have to say what you delivered me was appalling tonight I am really dissatisfied and deeply disappointment that I've felt utterly ripped off to be honest.. I know the dispute I with the restaurant but since this is a franchise and cover the area you must report my feedback as I didn't use them directly. People just haven't got money to throw away like this unless they're millionaires, literally. As soon as I opened the bags and boxes there was NO CHILLI CON CARNE ??? This is what I ordered specially. Instead I was presented with boxes and bags of partially cooked CHIPS CHIPS CHIPS CHIPS CHIPS CHEAP DEEP FRIED CHIPS laced with half a bottle of SALT, A MASHED UP SOFT MUSHY DOLLOP OF COLD BREADCRUMBS in the ''shape'' of a burger meant for vegetarians, and a jumbo halal sausage drowning in mustard and ketchup... again, WHERE was the chilli con carne?? this order cost a massive 30.00 for a single person's dinner this evening Joe, what the actual?? This is a SERIOUS issue, this restaurant cannot be allowed to get away with charging this amount of money for an order I didn't place and products that aren't food. Whoever these people are seriously need a trading standards visit, a complaint to FCA financial conduct authority and the advertising standards agency ASA should inspect their company practices. Meat n Eat Halal Aylesbury should close business, they haven't any idea what it means to serve decent hot food that is safe to eat. Just Wow!!! what on earth was this supposed to be?? they are taking the absolute bleep out of vulnerable people paying extortionate money for this service, this restaurant desperately needs the Gordon Ramsey treatment Joe... they have zero knowledge in the hospitality food and catering industry and sadly lacking in business ethics, it really looks BAD on you, so you should follow this matter up IMMEDIATELY. I specifically ordered chilli con carne because I have the FLU, house bound on doctors antibiotics and advice to stay in with the heating on. They can't get away with this Joe, it's completely unfair, because I could have made alternative arrangements to ENSURE I got chilli con carne that I wanted, had I known I wasn't going to get it here. It's put me off ordering from One delivery ever again, and I believe the restaurant owes me a refund. Food safety AND cooking the right food orders for customers IS THEIR JOB and their priority, it's very important that whoever their kitchen management is, better still the OWNER of this trading name is INFORMED IMMEDIATELY of items on their MENU falling way below standards. They have made some real failures and sorry but it's one delivery's responsibility to put this right. Sorry Joe, this has to be a complaint, but nobody can be expected to pay 30.00 for an order that doesn't meet not even their BASIC expectations. Not impressed. I want a refund I think this is disgusting and outrageous sorry. Shocking

I ordered and was tols it would take an hour as they were busy. I rang back after an hour and a half to be told they were en route. Waited another 30 minutes and rang again and was ignored. A lady rang from one delivery admin and said she was sorry and it was now definitely en route .I waited 3 HOURS in total. I've been in catering for 35 years and this is unacceptable servi e. I was given £5 discount code ' to use next time's won't be using them again.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!

Made an order & received no food & had no contact about it. Not the first time this has happened with the Aldershot store. Was told I would get a refund & free meal. Ordered the free meal & that didn’t turn up either. 9 days now & still waiting for my refund!!

Have ordered many times never had a problem, delivery always quick and food at it's best. Unfortunately for one reason or another the order was wrong. It happens however a quick call to Kabeer Yassin of one delivery sorted the issue out promptly. Really impressed with the customer service.

Terrible with capital T

Awful...after 2h of waiting i've called the area manager who told me that he'll check with the driver...i've never heard from him again and his phone is now closed. I've ordered some other place and i've already eaten while there is still no sign from this guys... This is the worst delivery service i've ever used. If u are hungry i recommend using anything else than this guys. Terrible

Order never turned up, still not refunded

Order was placed in a Newbury and after 90 minutes there was no contact was made. I called the restaurant who said they’d no record of the owner. After no reply to phone or email I finally got a text to say the computer system had failed. Since then, no further answer, no refund?! Terrible service with even worse communication - this was a first time use and will never use again

Ordered 3 meals and ended up with 1…

Ordered 3 meals and ended up with 1 meal, 1 substitute and a kids lil burger for a grown man. And the substitute for bbq chicken bites were hot wings?! They were for a kid and so that kid ate just chips in the end. I wont use this company again and will speak to my bank about the payment cuz the order wasnt fulfilled. I was told to send an email with a picture of the tiny burger which i did. Edit: still no reply 4 days later

Total scam. Stolen money and lies

Ordered from here and got a text saying the order has to be cancelled and I’d get an email with a voucher and refund. I got neither. I sent an email and 16 days later have no reply, no food and no refund. Despite the order being marked as delivered???! Total scam and seems no way to get in touch to get my money back

Placed an order and was messaged an hour later saying they were having issues in my area and not able to deliver. Said a full refund and discount code would be received within 24 hours. Has been a week and no refund, no response to my text and ignored my email on their contact form. Absolutely useless service and what’s worse they have stolen my money. DO NOT USE
