One Delivery

Tramps. Scammers. Do Not Use. Placed an order on the One-Delivery Cookstown site, after seeing multiple social media posts and the website stating they were online and ready to delivery. Took payment, page just said 'pending' No Food delivered. Rang phone number, no answer. Whatsapp - no response but online. Emailed 3 different email addresses - nothing. Messaged various other branches hoping someone could help get my money back. Nothing. All pages are scams. Have had to contact my bank for a fraud refund.

I would give 0 starts absolutely shocking, can take your money and accept your order to then cancel it when it’s due to be delivered! Now have to wait 2 to 3 working days to get my money back!!!

Delivery is so late!!!!

Made an order for just under £37 from macdonalds in Fraserburgh the man I got on the phone after waiting couple hours swore and told me he hadn't received any order yet I have receipt order number and proof money came out my back thot I'd give them another go as they still owe me £27 from a previous order I didn't get

I made my order in the Ballymena are from papas. My order was placed at 5:28- it was due at 18:12. The delivery driver apparently has been on his way and messaged to say he was on his way . The time is now 20:12. I have requested a refund but am unable to clear if how to do this as it is not explained on the app. I have contacted the app directly. Very disappointing with £17.46 down the tubes. The order did eventually arrive at 20:30

Avoid. One delivery Ballymena. Do Not use this company

Wish I read these reviews before ordering....order two and a half hours ago from a local Antrim takeaway but nothing...took my money and neither the takeaway or the delivery person is answering the phone...absolute joke!

Despicable service, waited nearly 2 hours only for the driver to call to say he can’t find our address, head office phoned and asked me to call the driver, after another 15 minutes of too ing and fro ing the driver finally arrives on foot laughing. He assured us the food would be hot, your guess, YES IT WAS STONE COLD, disgusting treatment, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN

Overcharged, late and delivered by a registered sex offender.

Terrible company in Ballymena. Order never arrived and then tried to contact the local manager who never returned my calls and then blocked me. Should have known they were dodgy as the prices were way higher than the store.

No longer seems to support my location, used to use them a lot. Removed app, will use other services instead.

ordered a mcdonalds today from omagh. had 2 main meals missing rang up told wed have a call back nothing so have tried ringing over ten times keep getting cut off basically cant get the food i ordered or my money back its over £18 pounds worth bunch of scammers totally disgusting .

Simply the worst service you could ever use. Their customer service is ZERO. They're so amateur that they send emails with an image called "WhatsApp_XXXXXXX" as if they've just copied it from WhatsApp and dumped it in an email then send all. They wont answer your calls - save your time and don't call, go straight to your bank if any issues arise as these con artists are happy to take your money, but provide no service. They get 25% off McDonalds' prices (I've seen multiple orders of theirs and their cost, when being collected). They charge around 30% extra on top of McDonalds' prices. Then further delivery fees. Their website / app is both out of date and for weeks you couldn't order fizzy drinks with a meal, but could with a happy meal - right?!?! If your order is wrong, god help you. You cannot get in touch with anyone. They ignore their phone calls. The emails go unreplied. They are truly a cow boy organisation. If they drop your drinks - be prepared to wait THREE HOURS for them to replace the drinks with whatever they decide (they do NOT check what drinks they should have been or how many). You wont get all the drinks you ordered either, as they genuinely don't care. By far the worst place I have EVER used for a McDonalds delivery and the prices are TERRIBLE.

Shambolic is the only word I can think of. If you would like to eat the same day of when you ordered then, you’re better off using Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats.

Absolutely awful took my payment and no food arrived, sent numerous emails and they dont care. Bank is going to sort the money and im also going to trading standards as these are just con artists

Shambolic! Order placed 17.20 Order updated 17.42- driver on its way Order delivered 18.33!! 50 minutes to deliver, it takes 5min!!(1.7 mile distance) Food was completely cold. Emailed them with complaints, didn’t get any reply. AVOID!

This company is an absolute joke and needs shutting down. This company constantly promoting its business, never being open and when it is, taking hours to deliver, letting you order and taking payment and then nothing showing up, no one ever answers the phone when you call to complain or ask for a refund. No one responds to emails either. Joke of a "company". Needs shutting down.

Absolutely outrageous service! So, we live around seven miles away from the main delivery site, Newbury & Thatcham, and are accustomed to waiting a long time for our food to arrive as One Delivery are the only option. If you live in an isolated area, DO NOT order from these people under any circumstances! The last two times the delivery driver has arrived, he's had his boss in his ear CONSTANTLY blabbering on about the delivery times and furthermore, there are only TWO drivers working in this area! I'm not giving a bad review for the food, the food was great and arrived eventually; I am giving a bad review for the time taken and blatant abuse these drivers experience. If you're thinking about working for this company, turn your head to UberEats or Deliveroo, you're basically your own boss that way. If you're thinking about ordering when these two services are viable options, order from them instead. On the night of writing this, we waited three and a half hours for our food, the poor delivery guy was the only one on shift to manage the entire area and looked visibly shaken as he turned back to his car. Not only is this a terrible customer experience, I also imagine it's a terrible working experience. If you don't like blatant worker abuse, your food arriving extremely late and overcharging when it comes to fast food vendors, One Delivery isn't for you. I usually am not one to complain and the food eventually got here, but we had plans to go out this night which were completely ruined; I just had to voice my complaints via a new account.

Ordered food payment went thru for page to refresh and say they had closed, Call up get the useless boy say yeah food was ordered be here in 45 for no food to show so call back to get same useless boy answer and say foods not went thru but yet theyve taken a payment scammers and a half Avoid

This company had just started delivering in our area, well if tonight’s experience is anything to go by they won’t last long!! Ordered at 6.55pm & it is now 11.33pm & I haven’t heard a thing. Paid by card but luckily the payment is pending so I can get it reversed tomorrow, I’m glad I used my second account where card payments take a couple of days to clear. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs scammers!!!!!
