From the ease of ordering to the delivery everything was seamless. The people were friendly, polite and kept me in formed.
The initial process was seamless with plenty of human contact, giving requested information and advice. My only small gripe is that when ordering a Tesla, the Tesla team seem to do things a little too quickly for Octopus which meant me having to chase through to get the important things in place before collecting the car (not necessarily a bad thing being so quick) and a couple of weeks later I'm still waiting for everything that was promised.
My contact at Octopus kept me well informed of the current and next procedure at every step. Nothing was too much trouble and the Octopus representative was very well informed and in turn kept me well informed of all procedures.
Really happy with the service from looking for a vehicle, to having it delivered. Octopus were always available to answer questions I had, thank you!

Very happy with the new car that I've just received and looking forward to driving it over the coming years. The ordering process has been very joined up with contact being made by each of the departments concerned as and when required right up to delivery. My only real gripe has been the length of time it has taken to get the car. When I ordered it it was marked as quick delivery however it has in fact taken 5 months which had I known at the time then I might have made a different decision.

It has been a smooth and easy process leasing our Peugeot e2008 from Octopus. Everything has happened on time, when Octopus said it would happen - a very efficient service. We also had contact details for an advisor - Debbie - if we had any questions or problems. Thoroughly recommend.
Having used many different lease companies in the past, i have found Octopus EV to be simple and organised. They have the supportive information published its a seamless experience. Its not all reliant on digital comms, they still have the human interaction touch too. Well done Octopus EV!

I'm leasing my very first EV through Octopus, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Mei has been my contact through the ordering process, via email and phone, and she has made the process clear and easy to understand. It is so lovely to have a real person to chat to without any difficult car 'jargon'. I'm off to drive my new car now with a big smile on my face 🙂
Well here we are again. Brakes this time - squealing, so probably need new pads. Rang the Driverline last week, they booked the car in with KwikFit for 5 days' time. Get there today to be told by the fitter that as this is a fleet car, and a '22 plate, they don't have the parts in. They would need to strip the brakes down, assess what parts are required, order them and then fit. A process taking around 3 days, during which they are not allowed to reassemble the car and let us drive it while we all wait for the parts to arrive. We drive home with no work done, to start again at Square One. So many questions spring up in my mind. 1) Octopus know what car I'm driving. Why have they not informed KwikFit of the make, year and model, so the parts can be ready and waiting today? 2) Or, if it's going to take 3 days, and Octopus know this, why can't they provide us with a courtesy car? 3) Why do Octopus think it's OK for us to waste 2 whole hours driving to KwikFit and back, achieving absolutely nothing in the process? 4) Why not just book the car into the main dealer in the first place? 5) When will this company sort out its customer service? Octopus, what are you doing with all the money we pay to you?
Order process was easy and quick, delivery was unfortunately delayed due to a fault on the car but I was kept informed regularly on progress and it still arrived same day, only slight complaint was that I requested specialist engineer call twice to discuss technical specs for charger install and never received this.
