The whole process from start to finish has been absolutely amazing. I was allocated a dedicated handler and Mei was on hand for all my queries. She has been amazing. The delivery of the vehicle was great - a day early in fact. The delivery company were very helpful and friendly. Octopus also sent their engineer to install the charger. He was also fantastic. Such amazing personal service the whole way through. It’s a rarity nowadays. Octopus you are amazing!

I went with leasing an EV vehicle from octopus and it came with the added bonus of a free charger and installation. The customer service was excellent and lena my point of contact kept me updated for the whole of the process. I can honestly say the whole experience was effortless and the car arrived earlier than was expected. The chargers are installed in house and the customer service is continued there with the appointment booked and someone actually turning up on time. I would recommend octopus to anyone looking for an all in competitive priced ev lease.

Seamless experience, vehicle ordered, dates established and delivered with no issues. Customer support also ready to help. Now this is all reflective of the price, it's safe to say that the costs are on the higher end, but the service provided is on par!
