I've ordered from this company a few times now & it's always been a good experience. I love their ethos of reducing food waste, & it also means you can get some real bargains! My most recent order did take a while to be dispatched, but I know they've moved warehouses recently so I wasn't too fussed. However when it arrived it was missing some items. I contacted their customer service via email, & they honestly couldn't have been more helpful. They were very quick to respond, & as the items had unfortunately sold out by then, they offered me either a refund or a store credit voucher. They sorted it out so quickly & with no fuss, great customer service!

Unfortunately I have to leave this poor review. My shipping address was correct but then changed itself after payment. I emailed them straight after to rectify shipping address but 5 days later they still sent it to the wrong address. 7 days later from the wrong shipment, they have failed to reply to my emails nor have they indicated any refund or voucher that can be given to me. No phone number for this company. Unfortunately, awful experience this time and have suffered £22 loss.

Seems to be amazing! I made my order but couldn’t receive because of a missing address line, my fault. Received a refund in a few days and will now place a new order. Looking forward to it!

Great products as described. An item was missing in delivery but after an email or two they refunded the difference the same day (on a Saturday). Pretty great customer service especially when so many companies are truly awful with getting back to you. Will be using again.

Great service. Had a problem with Evri they sent my parcel back without even explaining why. So I got on to Nutricircle and straight away they told me it was damaged in transit. They then resent order which I received next day. Excellent service. Still awaiting on explanation from Evri
