I have had a monthly order for sometime now and always enjoyed the products ( great value too !! ) An error was made recently with a short order but it was dealt with efficiently, promptly and with courtesy I was even given a voucher for my next order !! Great website, good range of products and very transparent about expiry dates which is useful. Dispatch and delivery was quite delayed but was offered a voucher code as compensation for the next time I purchase from here, which I certainly will be. Customer services are very personable and helpful. Have ordered from here a few times already and will be doing so in the future.

Placed an order with these guys now I fully understand they were very sorted dated but the my protein bars I received had clearly been to hot at some point they also literally feel apart as I opened that packet so I just chucked them in the bin ..

I used Nutricircle for the first time and managed to get protein bars which are costly for more than half the price. They arrived quickly and when checking the contents noticed there was a missing bar in the 12 pack I ordered. I emailed them regarding it and they responded the same day with a more than satisfactory gesture. I'll definitely be using them regularly for my protein bars and trying many of the other products they have available for a great price.

I recently purchased protein bars unfortunately one pack had been crushed. Still edible but I let the team know and they were on it straight away. No problem with refunding went beyond what most companies are like. Great value quick postage really great.
