Finding this has been a game changer. Spending on protein each month adds up so to find heavily discounted goods is amazing. Used Nutricircle a few times now and each time has been quality experience. Showing everyone at the gym.

Easy to order, everything arrived on time and as expected. Had a slight issue with the order but contacted nutricircle and they dealt with my query quickly and I'm more than happy with the outcome. Cannot recommend them enough!!
I absolutely love this online store! It saves me a fortune buying protein and healthy snack bars. Delivery is fast and reliable. I recently ordered some healthy cereals which are delicious and it feels great knowing I've saved money. All their vegan range is clearly labelled which makes my shopping experience so much easier. I’m always skeptical of new websites, especially when I see them all over Facebook… (I’ve been scammed in the past). After taking a chance I was disappointed when they mixed up my first order, but they where very quick to apologise and rectify the mistake, great customer service, for that reason I would highly recommend giving this company a try Update - 28/03/2025 - I tried this company again for a second time due to the great customer service last time. To my disappointment they made the exact same mistake, only this time, rather than making things right straight away they want me to return the item for “investigation” before crediting my account. The best before dates they advertise on the website are a lie. If you order from this website you will receive the wrong order. My original skeptism was right. This company uses false advertising hidden under the veil of “good” customer service. Good customer service is only for new comers to get you back and to leave a positive review. For that reason I would recommend avoiding this company

Ok if you're not in a hurry. Their standard delivery is through royal snail. I ordered on a friday afternoon and got the delivery the following friday.
I gave a 1 star a few months ago because Nutricircle sent my delivery to the wrong place despite me telling them to rectify it immediately post-order (and which they confirmed rectified). They accepted responsibility for the wrong delivery and refunded me, albeit after a few chasers. My previous purchases from them were all fine. Now they have demonstrated integrity by refunding me, I will revert to being a loyal customer of theirs again as they seem to be cheaper in the market for some of their exercise foods. Thank you.

Their protein bars are so much cheaper than everywhere else I was really worried it was a scam site! Thankfully it gets top reviews on here for a reason - super low prices and quick delivery. Very happy customer!

So originally I ordered both flavours hubba bubba proteins and a shaker - the shaker came damaged but the issue was resolved IMMEDIATELY by customer service and I was offered either a refund or a credit to my account. Definitely would and have ordered from them again 😁 P.s the cola hubba bubba protein is soooo good especially if you have a sweet tooth

I emailed Nutricircle when there was an error with the order. They responded the same day, checked it out and offered a credit note for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service, really impressed.
Just placed my 2nd order with nutricycle, my original came missing 1 item but they were very fast to reply to emails and offered me a voucher (with an extra £5 added to credit) or a refund for the missing item. Took the voucher and have just placed a 2nd order. All items were great quality and a great price, I'll be coming back!!
After a small glitch with my order I received almost instant friendly responses by email and the issue was resolved. Great customer service.

I have used this company several times before no issues, however my christmas order was missing 2 items recently...after contacting customer service I received a reply within minutes & within the hour had been refunded for what I didn't receive. A very positive experience compared to some other companies who make you feel like a criminal in these situations! Thank you nutricircle I will definitely re order in the future 😊
Can’t fault this company I had a missing items on my delivery not their fault I was shocked on Christmas Day it was resolved to my full satisfaction massive genuine discounts on items I buy any way - I’m deeply grateful for their professionalism and quality of their service and goods
