Shopped many times here and only had one issue. The issue was rectified and credit given within 24 hours. Have since ordered a replacement product.

Deals, speed of delivery and customer service have all been top notch. I’ve spent and therefore saved a considerable sum with Nutricircle. Highly recommended.

The items ordered were high quality as expected, but there was a slight issue with an order (packaging was wrong). Customer service was excellent and able to solve the issue promptly. Would use again!

Great customer service received from MICHAEL. It was not their fault but the courier had an issue where I selected shop pick up they did not label the parcel right. Very prompt response from customer care email, and although it was not their fault they went over and above to rectify things for the customer. This is how customer care should be. At first, I honestly thought Nutricicle might be a scam—the prices were almost too good to be true, and when my order was delayed, I started to worry. However, their customer service quickly reassured me. Michael and Martin were incredibly helpful, keeping me updated throughout and ensuring that everything was sorted as soon as possible. When my order finally arrived, I was blown away! The products were fresh, high-quality, and exactly as described. Despite the initial delay, their professionalism and amazing prices have made me a loyal customer. Huge thanks to Michael and Martin for their great service—I’ll definitely be ordering again!

orders come fast and customer service responds fast and really helpful

First order, arrived completely wrong with no receipt. Seemingly received another customers order. Emailed customer service immediately as no listed phone number or chat bot tool. No reply, so tried their Instagram account two days later (as advised), no reply. Tried a further email on the Thursday which was also ignored. Very poor customer service given the products are priced based on many being expired or close to expiry - meaning additional delays to the order are undesirable.

Disappointed but not surprised Subscribed and spent £200+ in a short amount of time and recommended to a lot of professionals in my circle which I’ll be updating with this. Ordered on 6th March on express delivery and the delivery has not arrived. Requested a refund which hasn’t come after been requested and been told that the parcel has not been delivered however you’ll have to wait for it to return to the warehouse to get it! As I’m posting this (19th March) I haven’t received a refund. Now not replying to messages. Now responded with having made a request to our shipping department to re deliver we’re waiting for a reply! Honestly thought that this was a good replacement for home bargains but hey lesson learnt!

I recommend nutricircle to all.my family and friends. Its a great way to help reduce food waste and get great bargains. Also fabulous that there's vegan protein products! Recently my purchase arrived and unfortunately the protein powder bag had burst. I contacted nutricircle and they responded really quickly with a solution and a goodwill gesture. I really appreciated that. I've ordered several times and this has been the only time I've had to reach out and their customer service was brilliant.

Paid for express delivery 1-3 day delivery. Nutricircle marked it as despatched on 7th March. Had received anything by 10th. Contacted DPD who said they had only received confirmation of postage. When I got in touch with customer service to complain and get a refund, they despatched the products that day with a next day delivery paid for and it arrived yesterday. Not happy with service having to chase down my items

Great products, great price! Had a small error in delivery this time, quickly responded and rectified. Highly recommend.

I would have given a 4 star review based on the price and long delivery time, which I would have forgiven due to the great value, however I felt like the product tasted a little stale, so checked out the expiration date, only to find that it had already expired on one of boxes and only had a fortnight left on the other. I've updated this review and have added a star as it is good value and they have responded to my concerns. I'd give it a fair 3.5 stars if this was possible.

Order came incomplete with missing items so not a great start however, the customer service was second to none. They contacted me and issued a refund in less than 24 hours of raising the issue. Seperate to the above the prices are brilliant and delivery is always very quick. Despite the issue I would 100% recommend and will be using again.

Received a delivery in poor condition via courier. Flagged this up and was immediately offered a partial refund for the damaged items or a discount code for a future order (despite it not being the company's fault). Opted for the latter. Great customer service!

Placed an order on the 7th. Still haven't received it or had any communication regarding it. Reached out via email and Instagram (where they are actively posting) but have still not heard anything.

Used this company for the first time just received my order in 2 days and with half the cost of any other nutrition products and on the plus side the customer service was excellent went above and beyond to help me sort a little mishap with my address within a few hours will definitely be ordering again and will definitely be recomending to friends 💪👌

I have used Nutricircle several times now and their product choice and availability is excellent. Delivery is fast and should there ever be an issue then they are so fast at correcting it, I cannot fault their service. I have recommended it to several friends who are now using them too.
