I use these all the time and think they are brilliant, orders arrive always when stated if not earlier, website is easy to navigate. Customer service is by far the best I’ve ever come across, I placed an order about 6 weeks ago and turned out the item wasn’t in stock, within about an hour I had an email explaining this and apologising, refunded me instantly and I received 2 free items as well, just seem like a terrifically ran company with good genuine people involved

I come back to these guys time and time again for all my snack and protein needs, absolutely great service and absolutely great deals, I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else

Amazing customer service! I frequently order from food circle and often buy in bulk. There was a particular case of bar that we weren't keen on and i reached out to see if i could return the unopened other boxes. Food circle (in particular Beth and James) were so easy to deal with. They couldn't have made the process any easier. Standout customer service that will keep me returning :)

Low prices on items I nornally find overly expensive, and a good range of healthier, lower sugar/fat/carb snacks. I also applaud this company's policy of stocking safe but short dated/recently expired goods that would otherwise be thrown away. I knew I probably would not be in when the package arrived but there were several options on delivery (not seen this very often) and I was able to choose one that would leave my package in a designated safe place. Would I recommend this site? Wholeheartedly, and I will be back for more.
