I had an issue with the courier and my order was damaged and not delivered at all. I contacted Nutricircle and the customer service was brilliant genuinely cannot fault it, within 24 hours of contacting, the issue was resolved. The best customer service i think ive had from any company. From ordering to delivery has always been quick and I can't recommend Nutricircle enough.

I had some initial teething problems with an order last month, however since then the customer service and quality of products has been nothing short of outstanding. I have recommended this company to others who have used it.

I've ordered and have no way of tracking My order was ordered on the 14th of may and should be here today on the 15th of may as i selected DPD express next day delivery but I have no way of knowing wether it's turning up today or not (Update:issue sorted item arrived on the 16th at 12:06pm) Items turned up in perfect condition and packed with care was also cool seeing there logo on there box instead of just some plane cardboard box ☑️ would definitely order again! And will be recommending to friends as prices as spot on and extremely affordable! Even when I had emailed I got a response pretty fast all in all 9/10 experience 🙏👍

So, I'd seen their ads on Facebook for cheap supplements but didn't take any notice.Then when my current protein powder supplier put their prices up by 43% I delved a bit closer.Not only did I manage to purchase what I needed at half the price of the other supplier but it was also delivered the next day.I'll definitely be using them again if they have what I want when I need it because by the nature of their business their offers don't stick around long Highly recommended

I bought in bulk some Beef Jerky and Pork Puffs. They were delivered in good time. The items were of good quality and well in date. The prices were reasonable.

I love Nutricircle, but I always find myself torn whether to share it with people, or keep it all secret and to myself. Great company, great mission, great customer service!

I have used Nutricircle a couple of times now with completely different experiences. My first order arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered which was great, so i started to recommend my friends to also use the website. However, the last order I placed which was 8 bags of whey protein and some grenade bars & a pre workout on the side arrived with no whey protein? (£53 of my £70 order was missing) When I queried this with customer service I was asked to send proof, which is fine, but I don’t understand how you could incorrectly send such few items and charge me tor them all and then expect me to prove the error? There was no help in receiving the actual goods I’ve originally ordered, and was offered a “refund” for the protein that never arrived. I have friends who ordered the same item after me and actually received what they ordered? There was no help in fixing the issue or explanation in why I could not just have my complete order… When I reached out to the email nobody replied Don’t think i’d be placing an order again and would not recommend with such poor customer service

Just wish I noticed this company alot sooner only noticed it when I was on social media.Prices are brilliant yes some of them are close or past best before date this is fine your saving money and food waste so win win. Customer service is spot on and quick with there replys. I've used Nutricircle a couple of times now and I will continue doing so
