Dårlig kvalitet
Bestilte en kontorstol, og det tog noget tid, da den skulle sendes fra Irland. Fair nok. Betalte 1600 kr for stolen, så forventede egentlig også at den var i god kvalitet. Det er den ikke - jeg vurderer den til at skulle koste omkring 400 kr. Den kan ikke indstilles i ryggen, og der er ikke meget polstring i hverken ryg eller sæde. Der stod også at der var gummihjul på, som ikke ville ridse gulvet. Det var der heller ikke, så dem har jeg måtte købe ved siden af, for de der var på, var af hård plast. Alt i alt en meget skuffende oplevelse, jeg vil ikke anbefale at handle her.

Excellent customer service, I had questions about need for assembly and delivery dates and Isabelle, the customer relations officer was very friendly and helpful, she git me the answers I needed very promptly. I am looking forward to receiving and enjoying my items.

Great quality product and good value
Quality of the product I received was excellent and really good value. Unfortunately, we did have to return only because we already had a table and the chairs were too light, although the picture on the Internet was not misleading This was just a mistake. When doing the return customer service were very helpful.
