The package was good and they are exactly what they say

The dry touches from nordic spirit are the only ones on the market that I enjoy. Great flavour and long lasting. The spearmint is the best flavour. The pouches themselves are perfect. Fast delivery, and any dealings with customer service have been great. Only irritation is the discontinued mocha flavour, which was very disappointing. But hasn't stopped me ordering regularly from the website.

Tastes very chemically and the pouch is too large to fit in comfortably in the mouth, also the pouches dry the mouth out alot, it feels like one of those cotton pads they put in your mouth at the dentist

Very intense flavour, did take a while to get used to the tingle but I found myself using the pouches more than cigarettes. If it helps me quit the cigs,I'm definitely going to be purchasing more.

First time of trying and they certainly stopped the craving. The taste is fab too (watermelon ice), much better than other products. Will be buying again

The fact these are in helpful little packs and easily placed under the lip and definitely work as described with regards to helping curb the nicotine craving. The only thing I would say is that not knowing the strength is a little unnerving, so maybe offer different strengths to ensure it helps all craving potentially and gives people the ability to use the correct amount of nicotine at any given time..But all in all I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Ref. GB-25-0010470-01 Experience of this company going down and down. Most of the flavours abysmal - sickly and artificial. Only one I vaguely like. Meaningful Customer service has become virtually non existent. Mostly just cut & pasted responses. Maybe use AI.. Delivery times very hit & miss. Expensive compared to other brands too. Now can't even sign in to account and have got another cut n pasted response from 'customer services'... Update - Dear Nordic Thank you for your cut n pasted response. Regards Ex Customer

I got the berry one and first of all it was hard to get the sachets out and secondly I didn't like the taste but they didn't do anything for me

It was difficult to open the pack, so I had to break it at the end and spill the products—very little nicotine for a normal smoker like me. I can barely feel it.
