It was the first time i used this…
It was the first time i used this product NORDIC SPIRIT , at first felt a bit strange having a little bag placed under my lip , but kind of got used to it tasted nice spearmint and it took my mind of smoking or vaping only tried it for a few days so need to see if its for me long team the only thing is the bag is a bit too big felt bulky not sure if they make smaller ones or can in the future

Try before you buy.
Not for me. It’s a strange concept. Having what I can only describe as a mini teabag in your lip. The flavour I had was unpleasant. They do give a free sample which is good, so try before you buy.
