A great buyer experience.
Their website is easily navigable and provides everything needed. Their free Royal Mail delivery is excellent and completely reliable with minimum delays. They have generous discounts for multi-buys which really makes a difference.

The people at Nordic Spirit a great but…
The people at Nordic Spirit a great, very helpful and understanding. But the product has changed so much, all the pouches are sickly sweet. For five or more years I used the elderflower strong pouches, they have recently discontinued that and now there are no subtle flavours just sucky sweet flavours
