DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - I signed up, created a press release, paid for it, then Newswire rejected it but kept my money. I been trying to get my money back for months without any luck...

Database contains so many duplicates or outdated email addresses that only about 1/2 of the contacts that I sent our PR to were good. That said, their customer service reps were "above average" responsive.

Terrible service, Your commercial gave me false hope, destroyed my client base, they accepted my press release, wrote me an email asking me to call I did, I spoke with a for over 30 minutes he said " I will send out your release now" three hours later another email arrived with different request from another representative newswire demanding I pay extra £90, also 300 plus pounds to direct my release to my target region, outside of my already paid full price. I called, sorted it out with the representative, he said once again all is well, only to receive an email few hours later "We have submitted your release to our network but it has been denied. They stated this is much more of a Editorial that would take days of fact checking. I have already processed a full refund for your purchase". My client suffered because of the deceptive advert you placed out there. Charged me and made me loose time.
