Joining was easy and had a very good customer service, the second I was signed on that’s when the great service stopped.
A week after joining I decided against the career change I’d decided to use the course to achieve.
I asked how can I cancel & im happy to pay any admin fees and not pursue any type of refund for the few hundred already paid.
The amount of help I got via email was a short answer saying “after three days, there is nothing we can do”
Given that online education is based off of word of mouth and online reviews, I thought let’s post my dissatisfaction, strong desire to advise people to stay away from undertaking study through said provider and see if there really is “nothing that can be done”.
I have no desire to pay more than 6k for a course that I have no desire to complete, no plans to become a professional in the field and can easily be seen to have not even logged in or completed further exams.
How hard is it to say, it’s not for you….. this is what you need to pay in order to cancel and then we go seperate ways????
