Wow the excitement for officially now being enrolled into a course I'm beyond excited to complete is an overload. Huge thank you to Kyle who made the process extremely easy and making it all happen in just one day! It's time to jump start in and get started and finally be able to focus on my passion in life and make dreams become reality. Again forever greatful to Kyle for making this possible with such an easy signing up process!! Look forward to my future 😊

As a mature age student, new to online learning, the process has been super easy. From my initial enquiry I have been guided and supported every step of the way, never feeling unsure or out of my depth and comfort zone. Awesome company

Just got off the phone with Jimmy, he was really lovely and helpful.

Emily was very friendly and helpful to me. She explained everything to me very well and was super helpful setting up my payment plan. I normally have very bad phone anxiety but talking to her was really easy due to her being very understanding :)

Phone calls were very helpful and everyone was very nice on the phone :)

Given step by step help on where to fine different tips on where things are on the portal. Plus very helpful on how to download assessment and upload when your finished and ready to get marked.

Spoke to Jimmi and he was honestly the greatest help, making the entire process thoroughly enjoyable and easy. Jimmi explained everything clearly from start to finish and had amazing words of encouragement the whole time. I am so happy with my decision to go through Learning Online.

Very helpful welcome to learning online. Easy to talk to. Good at explaining the courses. At times a lot of information to digest. Maybe needs to be slowed down somewhat. Great onboarding also by the tutor on my course. Helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer questions. Great experience so far.

Overall great company and good people. But the certificate looks like you could print it at home, with no certificate numbers or signatures makes it look bad. And an employee wouldn't look at it at all. If this can be sorted please advise. Thankyou

APPALLING. High pressure sales. "MATT" At the end of the 20+ minute spiel, I told him I would talk to my partner & respond via email, which I had to repeat numerous times. He said "why can't you speak to me via the phone?" I responded - "because I'm busy with work" he responded "so your too busy to do the course" He lost my $ALE right there!

Kyle Ward was sensational to start my learning journey. He was great to talk to, really cared about my story and didn't force or push me into anything (which was frankly a breath of fresh air). I look forward to kicking off my course and getting started!
