The Matt Lancaster the Senior Course Consultant I spoke to when I first contacted Learning Online was fantastic. He asked me what I was hoping to achieve from the Horticulture Course and guided me into the Modules that I needed to do. He explained the course fees and how it all worked and how I could pay for it. The tutors were fantastic. They gave constructive feedback and also helpful links to do follow up research to learn more about the subjects with in each module. The assignments were great and I learnt a lot. The tutors were, very encouraging as well. The subject material was very relevant to the course. It also gave me the confidence to start gaining employment within the Horticulture industry. I would be very happy to recommend Learning Online for studies of courses they offer. I may even look at further study in the future with Learning Online.

The communication between the trainers and myself was great I loved that I could contact them 6 days a week if needed. I found the course reasonably easy and I would definitely go back here to do more study when the time comes

From the first phone call it has been such a pleasant & exciting experience. Everything is explained in detail & any questions or concerns are addressed quickly & promptly. Emily & Kirsty were both upbeat, cheerful & so helpful. Will definitely recommend.

I like how you didn't just have to use just the booklet and do some looking online but maybe have the question a bit different for people that have a learning disabilities

Ultimately a great experience, I learned so much from doing this course and expanding my knowledge in dogs, would recommend to anyone

Completed my zoology certificate whilst studying vce and animal science at tafe thoroughly enjoyed doing this course as it help give me a bit more of a insight of what I want to do after finishing school,would thoroughly recommend anyone with a passion for animals and animal conservation to give this course a look. I found the process easy to navigate from the beginning. Daniel was great with helping my to sort my payment plan with my employer and communication from him was excellent. Enrolment was easy. Kirsty was extremely helpful in setting me up with the portal and great at explaining the way to navigate through modules and exams. Also helpful in explaining the tutor support.

This is a four star review because although the sales team are fantastic and it doesn't feel like they're trying to sell you something, once you've signed up the communication from the sales person stops. This is disappointing as the sales staff I had did not follow through on an email that she said she would. Although I have been able to purchase my own camera it would not be easy for someone who is not well versed in purchasing a camera, and trying to find out which camera is required is a pain as well. Ultimately though, the sales person was fantastic and until I had formally signed up was willing and able to answer every question I had. The course information, so far, is clear, concise and easy to access. They also have a person go through the dashboard and site with you over the phone. It is a web page that is easy to follow, easy to find what you need and one that all training organisations should use as a basis for their training platforms.

Sean was extremely helpful and friendly in answering all my queries about the course I was interested in studying. I look forward to my study journey ahead! Thank you for helping me to get started Sean :)
