Awesome service, a really worthwhile educational venture!

Nothing but great things to say about Learning online so far! I’ve had support from Rhys during my initial course enquiry and for enrolment. Rhys was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The staff seem really well informed and trained and I am impressed. I also had support from Jade who phoned me on the second day to see if I needed login support and to book me in with my main tutor, who has a background and business in my study field. I feel really well supported this far and excited to get started.

I was contacted by Kevin today in regards to a beef cattle course, . Kevin was very informative, with excellent knowledge of the product.

Had my welcome call with Tess today and she was amazing she made sure that I understood everything that was being said and made me feel comfortable to ask questions

Just completed my Park Management course. The tutors were very helpful and gave a lot of feedback when working on assignments. The modules and topics were relevant and interesting.

A very approachable and easy enrolment process. Appreciated the time taken to explain the course and ensure that it was the right fit for me.

I completed my animal health care course and it was good! There was a lot of information already in the notes and when needing help the tutors were really helpful! Would 100% recommend :)

When I first signed up for my photography course it was great, they signed me up super quick however it slowly went down hill from there... The modules weren't assigned correctly and I never got access to the social media part of the course. I had to keep going back to them to get things sorted out. I also find that the tutor doesn't spend enough time following up the students. I have never received even one email or call to say 'hey, how's the course going?' or to even follow up my not submitting any assignments in a number of weeks.. I think the price is ridiculous for the amount of effort they put in, I understand that I should take responsibility for my own learning but taking care of your students and wanting them to succeed should be a thing too right? Also, I submitted an assignment thinking I had understood it after reading the booklet and felt a little attacked and treated a bit like a child by the responses given back via email. It may not have meant to come across like that but it certainly did and now I have ZERO motivation to finish the course at all and quite frankly don't want to pay the remaining balance of the course as I do not want to continue after this experience. Thanks team.

The person I spoke to I think his name was Jordan was very polite and uplifting, surprised how relaxing the conversation was.

I was searching for an appropriate course to meet my needs. Still working and being a busy grandmother, I had to have something that was very flexible. Online learning was right for me. I was initially very hesitant but, here I am having completed my course and have enjoyed every minute of it. The support throughout was amazing and I not only achieved my goals but exceeded them. Special thanks to Rhiannon, Jess, Jade and anyone else I had the pleasure of dealing with.

Had an absolutely amazing experience, Chris is an straight up legend. Seriously give that dude a pay rise the customer service is the best 👌

Everyone I have spoken to has been super helpful and really friendly. They all seem to be very passionate and willing to help out and answer any questions. Their passionate attitudes radiates inspiration. Looking forward to my study. Special mention to Em for signing me up and Tess for the introduction to my course.

Chloe was amazing when singing me up for Carnivore Zoology. We spoke in June and she went through the course information with me. I let her know when I finished my current studies I would contact her to enrol and today I contacted her and she called me and enrolled me into the course. She was extremely quick with responses and so polite. I can’t wait to start ! [:

I have found the experience commencing my photography course with learning online very good. From the initial discussion with Jake about what the course has to offer and if it would suit what I want to get out of it. To the process of applying for it and the orientation with James. All dealing with the staff has been exceptional and supportive. The course is easy to access and work through. Contacting the teacher has been seem less by email with responses in less than an hour. For only just commencing this week I feel already confident that I will be well supported and will gain a lot of knowledge and experience from undertaking this course.

I signed up for my first course and I had an amazing talk over the phone about the zoology course and I’m very excited to start my course
