An absolutely beautiful soul that made my decision making so comfortable, and so pleasant that there was no question as to whether I was doing the right thing. Informative, encouraging, the compliments could go on for Hadil but I would not have room to write. I would recommend Hadil to anyone and everyone, not just in her current position, but any career that she was in, because I know without a doubt she will be successful in any endeavour she were to choose, as her essence as a person is an absolute delight. When I enrolled in this course, I had doubts about how I’d manage with very basic technology skills. As would be, my server would not recognise learning on line’s address and blocked all emails. Had a wonderful call for information in regards to the Photography Course i applied for, Jade was the lady i had spoken with and she was very well mannered and informative. And made me excited and invested in become a professorial photographer as I am in need of a career change due to work stressing me out more then anything.

When enquiring about the reptile course I spoke with Christopher on multiple occasions and without a doubt, the best customer service I have ever received! Christopher was lovely to chat to and provided very clear information. When I told him I wanted to apply, instead of being asked to fill out an application and send it in, Christopher stayed on the phone and talked me through the entire application process which I found extremely helpful. So Friendly! Felt really welcome! and made signing up for my new course super easy and uncomplicated.

I found the tutoring service supportive when I needed them. It is harder to learn online for me than to learn face to face. Constructive feedback I would give, is that I found many of the questions repetitive throughout the course however I appreciate having passed this course and giving me confidence to do what I enjoy doing with dogs. I will be taking a year off and then I will consider what path I will be heading in.

I recently completed the Animal Care Course with My Learning Online. I had a really positive experience. After taking a large break from study I was excited and nervous to start this course but really glad I took the chance on it as I learnt so much about caring for animals that I have the confidence to start Pet Sitting eventually opening up my own Animal Care business! The tutors were fantastic, appreciated their feedback on every assignment. Have the confidence to do future studies if needed too as well!
