Learning Online

I have recently completed my Veterinary Assistant Certificate. The course was great and I am now wanting to do further study in the industry. Learning Online offers interesting and flexible courses to gain specialist knowledge. I was able to combine both Reptile Zoology and Reptile Conservation into my course as I was passionate about both. During my studies I always felt supported by my tutors, Kriselle and Kirsty, who were kind and approachable. Overall a great experience!

I had the privilege of dealing with Josh, Kriselle and Amy, they are 3 of the nicest people you will ever have the luxury of speaking to. I was very skeptical of doing an online course and they made me feel at ease. They went through every detail of the course and made sure I was more than comfortable with everything. Learning Online is a fantastic learning platform which has given me the skills,knowledge and confidence to further my career in the Horticulture industry. My first contact was with Nick in regards to my wanting to do a photography course. He was amazing and so knowledgeable about all the courses they have provided. We discussed what I am interested in learning and found the perfect course for me. Nick made sure that it was exactly right for me, I was so impressed with Nick's professionalism, knowledge and all that the course had to offer that I enrolled straight away. The next day I received a call from James and he checked in to make sure that I had no issues with logging in and starting my studies. Both Nick and James are a huge credit and I look forward to them seeing my pictures as I progress. I will be highly recommending to my friends and family if anyone wants to study to definitely follow in my steps and enrol.

My experience so far with Learning online has been absolutely incredible. I got the privilege of speaking with Bailey Pavich and he went absolutely above and beyond to go through and explain everything in full detail. Did his best to get a clear understanding of what I was looking for and wanting to achieve in this next part of my life. His customer service was beautiful. He was friendly, respectful, open minded and most importantly understanding. He definitely did his absolute best to make sure i had an excellent understanding of what i will be studying and how i can do that study. He is able to make that rapport with the customers he comes into contact with and can definitely make you feel like you've known him for years. I couldn't have asked any more for such an incredible person to have my first experience within the company to take on this next part of my life. An excellent experience. Joseph was extremely polite, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I was guided through the enrolment procedure with ease thanks to Joseph. Once enrolled I spoke with Tess(tutor) and again was made to feel welcome into the course , knowing I will be well supported throughout my study. I am feeling really enthusiastic about this new line of study and that is all thanks to Joseph and Tess.

I started studying with Learning Online at the start of last year. I just received my certificates for Animal Welfare and Veterinary Assistance. I was super impressed with the whole experience but the best part for me was the tutors. They were helpful with heaps of industry knowledge. This photography course was helpful & got me to get more use out of my digital camera. I got more confident again to shoot fully manual, & the tutor was very helpful when I needed advice.
