When choosing an online education I have never felt more reassured than I have the past 2 days on phone calls alone. The customer service team are incredibly personable, friendly, professional and informative.
Tutors are ready to support at any step along the way, the layout for this course is simple and clear so you get the full understanding, and I overall had fun (for once) while studying! very very happy with my zoology certificate :))
The online learning staff were absolutely amazing and friendly, they gave clear instructions and made the signing up process so easy by taking me step by step. They answered all my question and helped me out with payment plan options to study my course without having any stress upfront payments .

I'm an anxious person and found the enrolment process easy, Matt was patient, respectful, and friendly in guiding me through everything, and I came away from the calls confident that I knew where I stood with each part of the application. I never felt restricted/trapped which is a big anxiety trigger, I was given space to think about whether I wanted to enrol in the course after the info call and didn't feel I was rushed through the enrolment logistics. Overall I had a positive experience.
Never heard of them and they won't stop calling me and sending messages. In addition to their 0480 097 XXX numbers they also call from landline Response: No I will not send you an email - you currently don't have my email because someone must have input my number either in error or on purpose. How about you stop calling people who haven't picked up your last 50 calls? Honestly what kind of business model is that
