Having meaning conversations and support for the enrolment process helped me decide to go ahead with my course. Along with detailed help and assistance with completing forms made the experience a much more positive one. Also the follow up engagements shows the dedication and knowledge whilst being readily available to help when needed.

It made my task easy when something is not clear

As an individual who isn’t much of a study person and is easily distracted and finds it hard to focus, I will say I really enjoyed this course. I have learnt so many things and the notes I have taken from this course will help me in the future when I take that step further into an animal career. I will/am looking forward to my future in working with animals.

I have been looking into online photography courses for a while but after speaking to Matt I was convinced that online learning was the place for me. He made everything so easy, understandable and was very helpful. Any problems I had, he followed up and helped me. He was very professional and helpful. After not been able to successfully roll into photography online threw tafe nsw Matt was able to make the enrolment for learning online very understandable and easy to go threw. Got approved and got enrolled straight away. A big thank you to Angela for showing me how to do the online course using my phone as tablet wasn't working and laptop is in getting updated.
