Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

A good system on the whole though a bit confusing at times. In particular saying a document of this type has already been loaded and will be replaced - with the same document types between the sale and purchase.
