I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

I got in touch as I needed conveyancing for an auction property. I clearly stated to the agent that this was an auction purchase, with a fixed completion date. On instructing the conveyancer I was then told there was no record of this being an auction property, and that the fees would now increase given the timeline. I feel that I have been mislead and that this has been a rocky start to the transaction
So far so good. System seems easy to follow and hoping in the end that doing conveyance online will make the process clearer and easy to follow and quicker.
