I used to order a lot of the band stuff from DV24/7 until they started letting me down and not caring. When I noticed they had been taken over by Musicstore I thought I would give them a chance to prove different. My order has been in Germany for 6 days and never moved, when I phoned U.K. office the chap on the phone looked at the tracking and told me it was normal. The order is still stuck in a warehouse in Germany and never moves. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 4-6 DAY DELIVERY WINDOW. Same old same old, same company different name. Don't expect any more orders from us. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! 7th July. still stuck in German warehouse, absolute nightmare. SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED MONDAY 9TH, THEN WEDNESDAY 11TH AND NOW THURSDAY 12TH IF I AM LUCKY. THIS MEANS IF I DO GET MY ITEM ON THURSDAY IT WILL BE 10 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL.

A Music Store conviene giocare a non capirci; non ho chiesto la sostituzione o la riparazione, ho chiesto il ritiro ed il rimborso in quanto l'oggetto in questione, MIDITECH Pianobox midi II non rispondeva alla caratteristiche per cui era stato acquistato. Non sono un bambino che gioca con i suoni, sono un musicista e quell'oggetto, che dalla descrizione sembrava valido, si è dimostrato inusabile per utilizzi live. Se aveste letto bene cosa vi avevo scritto non saremmo a questo punto. Per chiudere, l'articolo me lo avete da tempo restituito, non so cosa farne.
